The room are very clean and they management did respond to my request for a Non Smoking room. Only the down side is that the Hotel location are far from any food outlet where need cars to move around for foods and grocery. Else everything are quite good indeed with free parking and there a small Restaurant at the lobby of the hotel where food pricing are very decent.
Very out of maintenance”
The room is fine, but when we got back for the night, the door cannot be unlocked, apparently the battery is dead. The hotel staff made us waited for an hour to failed to replace the battery and only willing to let us change room after we reminded him we need to sleep.
Below par 3 star hotel”
Wifi not working on high floors. Cannot even connect. No breakfast for RM100+ room. No change of towel and bedsheets on second and third day of stay but that's all right for me. Room insulation is poor can hear next room sound. Customer service is poor as it's not of hospitality standard. Parking need to pay. Room is clean, aircon is cold, water heater is working good and average hotel security though.
Staff not clean the room”
1. Hotel never arrange any staff to clean the room in 2nd day during my stay. 2.Hotel Wifi didn't work properly. It equal to no Wifi service at all. 3.Hotel price is expensive but not provide breakfast service to customer. 4.Hotel location is not convinient, it doesn't have convinient stall nearby even need take Taxi to ATM machine service & there are no nearby MRT station to this hotel. Every time need to grab a car or call for Taxi.
Never think of this hotel in future”
First day reach, no room available, wait 2 hour to check in, receptionist told me they already block the booking one month ago, don't know why I can get the room through Agoda, this is not my problem. After one night stay, no one clean the room , then I ask to clean the room, after clean the room, they expect I use the same towel, they did good to save the world, coz four night also expect i used the same towel.. fxxx, first time I stay a hotel don't change towel, they told me many rooms occupied n they lack of man power, this is not my problem. Toilet also blocked, it is good that u can smell the food u ate yesterday... As for parking, have to pay and not for free. They only rebate partial parking fees to me... Only good is that all stuffs are friendly....

I m not the one like to give bad comment for small matter. I staying here because my friend house is near. But no next time! I dont mind your indian reception staff actitute is bad, and room is not clean. I won't give you any comment if the below is never happen. 1. This is very serious and we feel unsafely！ I check in 10pm on 30 december 2017. The indian girl staff give me room card for no.1705, but when open the room we saw the room is messy and it is another guest 's room. (try imagine if u are naked in the room and the door is open by stranger, but lucky never happen when we open the door). We quickly close the door and go to receiption again,and they change the room for us without any apologize. This is serious mistake! I really worries when staying at this hotel, feel unsafe and anytime the door will open by others. 2. The whole night awake! Room sound insulation unacceptable. i can hear what the guest talking (neighbour room) snoring sound, shower sound. Ect.... It is funny i can hear the tv news without open the tv. The experince i staying here is terible, and unacceptable! I really feel sorry to the management, that i have to give this feedback to you and let another guest to read this before their booking. You actually no need to improve anything because i won't come back again even you giving me free room to stay. Thank you and good luck.

Room key is being issue once the guest register their name and the card access only for their particular room . We will take serious action the staff on duty that 30/12/2017 night. Average new hotel”
Parking is free but it's located in another side of building using a different elevator. Hotel is new but price should be below RM120. Deposit of RM100 is too much. Accidentally went out to stairs beside the elevator and i am not able to open back the door, called up lobby for help, she asked me to walk down to lobby from 12th floor. Actually she can ask maintenance guy or whoever staff to go up using elevator to the floor i am at and open the door for me. Sigh.
Please accept our sincere apology on behalf of the management.Our hotel parking has been designed in such a way you need to take elevator within the same hotel building.From the car park you need to take the elevator down to the 1st floor then walk straight to the hotel lobby. Budget hotel is requesting for RM100 deposit and will be refundable during check out.As for our room rates it is within the same pricing for Kuala Lumpur area.Thank you.

1. we change three times of room because of super dirty toilet , so big cockroaches in room and one small go on my arm 2. I book this hotel because close to the place where we need to meet our friends only but it's not safe place for us and feel uncomfortable of the lift and the room security 3. the hotel is new but can't imagine why so dirty of air conditioner and the bed and the floor and toilet.. it's only because the staff didn't put effort to clean but it's a new hotel and if the staff continue so lazy like this, you can't build your business 4. the reception woman maybe from India, she is so rude after the boss leave. even blame us to change the room because of cockroaches. 5. when we check out, we told the boss about the cockroaches but I didn't tell the staff problem is the main problem.

OK hotel, bad location”
It's located in the middle of nowhere. However, the room is large and nicely designed with good amenities. No F&B (except one coffee shop) unless you're willing to walk a distance. Unless you have to be here, you'd be better off staying elsewhere.
Cheap price - minimal staff”
Budget friendly place - however you can't even get additional room cards - it seems each room is only given one card. Staff manning the front desk doesn't have the hospitality attitude - just doing her job thats it . Nothing extra. Hotel still new when I stayed - perhaps more improvement in the future once they are fully operational
As Good As Before”
My second visit, and it's still good. Spacious and clean room. Aircond will takes some time to cool as the room is too big. Everything is good. Free on-parking at level 3 and it's safe. Cafe and bistro in the same buildings.
The locations of this hotel is media core as u will need a car. There is a condo behind the apartment and u can walk to have some food. U need a car if u stay there. The rooms are clean and new. Staff are ok.

For the price I paid I could have gone for better hotels. The first room was infested with roaches, from the floor to the bed all I see and step on was roaches. Secondly the washroom was dirty and disgusting. Called the front office asking them to change the room and bring the new room key up but sadly nil response. I had to go down and get it myself. The second room had faulty air conditioning that's keeps switching off after few hours (no timer was set) secondly the toilet has shit smell and lastly the TV was not even working after being used for more than 1 hour. Horrendous experience and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Please note family room 1408, that when you turn around, there is a sound in the king Saiz bed, the bed is not good, please service your air conditioning because air is not cold. towel have stains.
