High potential for business growth among low budget travellers, alas the attractions such as the beautiful lake just a few minutes walk was never featured. Improvement by doing deep cleaning of the bathrooms are much needed, as people wants a clean bed and bathroom to use and this things are the ones most notable. Such a waste since they have a really good homestay vibe. These same feedbacks has been pointed out by 2 other guests during my stay. I hope the management hires an experienced and thorough cleaner at least once a week for deep cleaning. for the rooms. This feedback is not a complaint but to encourage the business owner. The same can be said of the other outlets on other vicinity. Apart from this, staffs are wonderful and helpful. I will return again someday.

Before visiting I knew it wouldn't reach my expectations. Since I just stay one night here to take a break before visiting terengganu so I didn't expect much however this hotel is really worse than my minimum expectations.not about the staff or location,is about the environment. Hotel is not really clean and I still can see there is a tissue on the floor when I entered and one of the lights in the room is damage and is keep blinking.this all I still can accept however for the bathroom doesn't provide and bath shampoo or soaps. Fine, cause I always prepare however about the bath towel is really bad. The towels looked like it started using since the hotel opened, dark and bad. My advice for this hotel is better change all the towels to a brand new towel.is really worse and no idea how long the towel have been used.
Room is big, toilet is clean, room also clean except the bedsheet. Bloodstain on the bedsheet as well as the blanket. Ask them to change and quiet shock to see another bloodstain on the mattres cover when they were changing the bedsheet. Lots of bloodstain. Other than that, everything is okay. Mind to check the bedsheet first before sleep.
