Located right in front of Lake Saiko, guests can relax at the private terrace or enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing and boat rentals. Free Wi-Fi is available at the public areas and Kawaguchiko Train Station is a 25-minute drive away. The air-conditioned cottages feature lake views, a TV and a private toilet. A fridge, an electric kettle and a microwave are included in each. Guests sleep on bunk beds or on carpeted floors in Japanese futon bedding. Some cottages come with a private barbecue terrace. Lake Sun Cottage is a 10-minute drive from Lake Kawaguchi and a 15-minute drive from Fuji Omuro Sengen Shrine. Fujiten Snow Resort and Fujikyu Highland are a 30-minute drive away. Quiet lakeside retreat”

Great, quiet retreat to relax. Fairly central location to tour the 5 lakes region and see the sites. Large, clean cabin with comfy beds and a porch with view of the lake. The only downside of facilities is the bathroom isn't heated and it gets pretty cold. Will 100% be visiting again, though.

Sweet family, beautiful views, and great food!”

One of the best places we've stayed in Japan. The couple was so nice and accommodating, even giving us a ride back to the train station after our stay with cookies and oranges! I wish I could stay here my whole time in Japan. They also make excellent food! Definitely stay here!

Great host”

The hotel is a bit far from kawaguchiko station, but there is a sightseeing bus that can reach the place just need to pay attention to the schedule. The house with stunning view, place is clean. We are leaving the place early in the morning the host kindly drove us to the station!! He was being so helpful!! We were very grateful for that.

Good feeling”

There have not star grade hotel facility. However, star grade have not Sun Lake everything . Close to nature, nice service. House master have very good cooking. Hope have chance visit again.☺
