Me and my boyfriend booked this room last minute to get away an We honestly enjoy our stay the check in process was smooth the room was very clean the staff was very sweet an welcoming overall experience 9.5/10 I just wish they had breakfast included with there overall stay. I took myself , my 2 grandchildren and daughter on a weekend vacation and we loved it here. It was close to everything we needed and we could walk right out of the hotel onto the beach. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The view is amazing and it is just steps away from the beach. However, the younger people were a bit noisy throughout the night.

We had no options left so I went with this it was cheaper than anything I had found we loved how welll they worked us in being on our 5 year anniversary and they had a pool and rooms were super nice. I would live there if I could. I loved the tiki bar and their food

Would go again and again! ”
We were running late I called and had the sweetest girl tell me not to hurry. Our check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. The location to the beach was incredible! The resort is going through a remodel, but we had a clean room, with a incredible ocean front view. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The elevators took a minute, but not a big deal. I loved our time there, and will definitely book with them again, Thank you for a wonderful time!

The Staff, maintenance man and the ldesk receptionist’s service was excellent. Ocean Front room was very beautiful. The hotel could use a little upgrade but I would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay”
My girlfriend, her 2 kids, and myself stayed this pass weekend (8/12/22 to 8/14/22). We enjoyed our stay here. This was their second time coming to the beach and I’ve been countless of times. This hotel was in. Perfect spot where there was less of the congestion of people and traffic. We plan on staying again. Staff was friendly only issue ws the wait time for the parking deck elevator. It’s old I know that’s one reason. Other than that it was a good experience.

Title says it. Only thing I can think of that I didn't like was that the tv was way too small. A hotel room should always have a tv bigger than 32inch and it shouldn't be an old LCD tv either.

Have low expectations ”
The staff were very nice here but don’t expect a flawless hotel experience here. This hotel seems to have nice things and amenities in its photos until you get close enough to use or observe them. You’ll then see those things are severely worn and have heavy use. I think a major renovation is needed here. The wear and tear spots throughout this hotel and it’s rooms are very obvious when simply looking around. The lobby has rust on everything metal, the ceiling has obvious water damage. The elevators have scratches of graffiti on their walls, cracked floor tiles and a lingering odor which can be unpleasant. The room we stayed in was a King Ocean front efficiency. After checking the room out I noticed the shower didn’t have a shower curtain lol, had to call down to the desk and ask for one. They brought it up promptly and installed it. The dish washer had greasy buttons and dish washing powder still inside of it, we did not use it. The tv was a small 24 inch flat screen with a dollar store remote lol. The sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t lock, it has an old school brace arm behind the sliding door which keeps it from being opened from the outside. The AC kept the room icy cold which was nice. The bed was stiff and the sheets were starchy, so I couldn’t sleep well. The bed frame under the bed was rusted out bad as well as the handles on the dressers and nightstands. Bedside lights all worked except for one. The room phone was greasy and didn’t have any info card inserted for important hotel department numbers. The bathroom door just barely clears the toilet when swinging it open.. the toilet was small, the vanity was nice and newer but the ventilation was old and dusty and rusted. The paint was old and rusted/peeling. The towel rack above the toilet was rusted also. I wish the towels were bigger and softer but they are your standard cheap hotel towel. The biggest complaint I have is the shower. It was a newly installed shower shell but was not installed properl
