Spacious villa”
Big villa that could fit 3 of us comfortably. Good size bedroom. The single bed outside of the room is located perfectly in a corner..not in the way of the living room. Big bathroom, clean. It has free parking which is very convenient. The compound of the complex is huge with great facilities. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Cabin style accommodation not far from Canberra”
The cabins were clean and spacious. There is an outdoor bbq area which is large and great for gatherings. There is also a pool and tennis court for children. Staff were helpful. Great for the price very affordable. Thanks

Reasonably priced accommodation in south Canberra in lovely quiet location near the countryside. Handy to Fyshwick markets, designer outlets and the airport. I would stay here again

Awful rooms shower full of ants no pool access the customer service was disgraceful speak to management just as bad will never return nor recomend complete waste of money

Good & affordable but Wifi should be upgraded”
Sundown Villa is good and affordable. Location is nice and quiet. The only issue I had was Wifi. It was always dropping at peak hours and slow. It could be our location since out unit was at the edge, #220.

Fabulous place ”
What a great place to stay. We had family also staying here and common area was fantastic to meet up at and use the bbq’s. Plenty of safe area for the kids to play and run around. Over all a very positive stay and definitely recommend to all visiting Canberra

Third rate part of caravan park. ”
When I booked it appeared to be an apartment within a resort but that isnt so. In the middle of winter heater stopped working and aircon barely worked. So we went two nights freezing. Then on check out day whilst in the middle of a shower tge water went off. Just not good enough. Would never go there again.
