Highly recommended place to stay if you have any business or event in UTAR, just 7 minutes drive to UTAR. Clean and Tidy place with Wifi.

I loved this apartment, felt like home away from home! Clean, great facilities and a lovely stay!”
Pros: nice gym and swimming pool! Clean apartment, very friendly and helpful owner with good communication skills, towels and snacks provided, comfortable, Wi-fi was good, glad there was a washing machine available, everything in working order! I would highly recommend this place. Cons: hardly any cutlery and crockery provided, plates and knives would have been nice. Concierge didn’t speak English so was hard to communicate with them when necessary, but that’s no fault of the apartment or owner. Location was a bit out.

Peaceful and cozy stay”
It's both a business + leisure trip for me. Awesome enviorenment, was able to get my assignment done in a peaceful yet cozy place. Internet was decent. In addition, me an my family were able to spent quality time together. My wife love the Island Kithcen bar.
