last minute need for hotel
My husband and I only are Americans that were in need of a place to refresh ourselves and get a few hours of rest before our flight and this hotel was in walking distance of our prior event, therefore location was excellent. The lobby was nice and the receptionists were able to speak english, which also was nice. Due to our last minute booking only smoking rooms were available (we do not smoke) which was not a problem for us. Upon entering the room we had anticipated a small room just big enough to accommodate our needs, BUT when I saw the lamp shade above the bed I was in ABSOLUTE DISGUST, it was covered in dust and the flakes were falling onto the pillow. I told my husband to remove it IMMEDIATELY, I was mortified and began to question the cleanliness of even the sheets and robes they provided, these items were fine. After examining the lamp shade more it seems as if it had not been clean for quite some time, I for one was not pleased to have had to pay the amount of money for an unclean room in which i stayed in for less than 8 hrs. I would highly recommend that the management oversee those who are cleaning the rooms to not have incidents like these happy again.

Great for solo travelers/business man
Great location, just across the road from Hakata station and Lawson is across the street. Only thing is that bathroom is small even for a Asian lady like me.
