Beautiful Hotel on the beach. We had an executive room with sea view, which was very large and also very clean. The pool is great, big enough to swim a few kilometers. The beach is very clean and completely empty. The area around is pretty quiet as the hotel is not directly in the village but a little bit up north. The breakfast is delicious. When there are enough guests, they will provide a buffet with western and asian breakfast. Staff is very nice and helpful but communication is not easy as they do not really speak english. But you can always communicate somehow. There are a lot of mosquitos, I would recommend to bring a mosquito net with you as it is not provided by the hotel. We stayed for 1 week and it was all in all a great, very relaxing vacation, which I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great location”
Very nice hotel, great location close to main village restaurants, shops etc. Is quite a big hotel so caters for large groups which meant on our last morning we had breakfast set up in a gloomy conference room not attached to main building as breakfast room overlooking pool was all set up for conference group of 400.

Everything is perfect except the sea view ”
We stayed at the sea view room but most of the day time there are annoying food shops at the front of our room, so blocking the sea view. If you want to have really clear sea view, then please avoid "Dream Executive Sea View" rooms.

Great stay”
When we arrived it’s early in the morning but reception let us get our room. Friendly security and stuff. Nice breakfast buffet. Great location. I will come and visit again.

Noisy Under Renovations”
Checked in, the staff brought us to our room, with both sides left and right to our room were being renovated. You could see workers working inside. Got in and the beach view was blocked by local setup business beach tents and seats. Unsightly for a beach front resort with private beach. Asked for a change of rooms to the other wing but they said we had to pay $21. But the rooms were empty and they could easily moved us to a different wing without the extra charges. Toilet had 5 cockroach. Killed 2 on the floor. 3 more on the walls and ceiling. 6:30am the next day we were woken up by noisy grinding noise. Work stated as sun rises at 6am. The noise continued till we couldn't take it and checked out early. I wouldn't recommend this hotel that does not know how to take care of hotel guest. If you knew that your rooms were being renovated, you shouldn't have guest check into next to any of the rooms thats next to them. Thanks for the noise, privacy & excellent customer service.

great resort, lovely pool”
Great grounds, impressive pool right by the beach. reception staff not really up to customer service. Started by telling us all the negatives on check in. No swimming in the sea, no wifi, no ac after 7am Lovely grounds, big rooms but large gaps were ac had been fitted allowing insects in. Fair amount of Gecko poo in the room due to this aswell. Ac very noisy when it was on. The shower was cold water only but ok as weather was good. At the end of the village but walked easily in 10 mins to the centre.

Spacious Room”
Rooms are spacious and clean but the only problem we had is the aircon which is not properly working. We have to change the room as the aircon in the first one we stay doesn’t work. All in all, everything was good.

Viel Mühe des Personals ”
Viel Mühe des Personals und Lage am Strand, das war dann mit positiven Fakten. Einrichtungen des Resorts gleich Null, warmes Wasser - mit Glück - nur am Nachnmittag und Morgens 2 Stunden. Keine Info von AGODA über Schliessung des Resorts in Monsun Zeit und Not-Betreuiung durch NachbarResort.

時期的に価格が高くなるのは仕方ない。 とはいえ、価格にあっているか？というと微妙 ミャンマーのホテル全般に言えることは水回りが弱いということ。このホテルもダメ。 シャワーは弱く、熱いお湯が出ない。 排水もつまり気味。 朝食は種類少なく、連泊者には飽きてしまう。 味も普通。 朝食会場にエアコンも扇風機もなく、暑い。 朝から汗だく。 エアコンの効いている会場を用意してほしい。 客室内は、多少リノベーションされており、奇麗です。 １点気になったのは、カードキーを抜くと電源が切れるのは仕方ないですが、ドア外の照明も消えてしまいます。不在ということがバレバレ セキュリティ的にこれでよいのか？と思いました。
