madami ka mabibili food and grocery sa labas. one ride para maka punta ka sa downtown. it's just that dapat makinig yung staff nila. no free breakfast if nah book ka sa agoda but they made sure na free kami kasi mali pagkasabi niya but then where we ask the reception they declined and never listened to us! big disappointment with this malapit na ako mag beastmode dahil doon. jusko ok pa naman treatment sa amin since booking then pag punta don tapos doon lang masisira sa receptionist na un? whatever!

The hotel is strategically located if you want to go north or south part of the city. The staff accomodated us for an early check in since we have a baby crying at that time. However, during our stay the water in the bath was not working. It took hours and I called the front desk before it was put back again. But I adore the lady staff who brought a pail of water for us. Although the water was back, it was quite dirty. It has some floating particles (sand or rust). That was the only downside. But if not for their garden I would have feel bad about my stay. The garden is cool for relaxation. It was a safe space where my kids ran all night.

I don’t recommend this hotel. The suite rooms I booked didn’t have bathtub but the pics in Agoda says otherwise. The standard rooms are to small. You can’t even walk around it. The rooms are dirty, especially the carpets. It’s very dusty. The toilet bowls are not cleaned properly. There are cobwebs in the bathroom. No lights outside the rooms. Staff were okay. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed.

We were placed in a room with unkempt, and freshly painted room. The whole floor smelled with paint. I asked the staff, when was the painting job completed and he replied it was just done a few hours. So I requested another room and gave us a small room with a not so sturdy bed, and a fake window. So I was unhappy about it and the staff said there is no other room available and they can’t do anything. So we end up leaving the premises disgusted with their accommodation. Do not stay here. Not only their rooms are horrible, the attitude of their staffs, and their stairs are not safe. They will placed you in an unsafe room.

Very Good place if you just need a place to sleep. excelent staff decent food and service. Just make sure your cell phone is fully charge since there are no extra electrical outlets, I had to unplug the tv so i could plug in my phone charger

Rooms too small”
Triple Room is too small for three people. There’s barely any space to put bags. The cabinet was too small that if you have a long dress, it will get squished. There’s no basic amenities like shampoo or soap. They only provide toothbrush. The only good thing is that the staff are all nice.
