A great week away”
Lovely house and lady in charge of the buildings was excellent and answered question quickly 24/7. The place was a bit remote although we had our own car. I would stay again.

May be nice stay in case there is more maintenace”
First of all you may face a confusion to find it, because this villa is part of Siam royal view resort and it is not mentioned anywhere in the booking as it is owned by private person. With some help of local people we have reached, but first we were disgusted with mouldy smell inside the villa, also it was told to us that there is a maid who is cleaning every 3 days. We were there 3 nights a we have never met her. In such kind of villa I would expect daily housekeeping. Actually the villa was not so bad, in case you ignore the fact that you have not a direct view to the sunrise, also it was taking time to turn on the water heater and the things like wash machine or dishwasher were not working at all. The resort was very good, but the private owner of the villa really needs to improve the services

สวย สะอาด สบาย สมราคา ยอดเยี่ยม”
-ข้อดี บ้านพักสะอาด ประทัดรัด เหมาะแก่การไปพักผ่อนเป็นครอบครัวอย่างมากคะ ใกล้หาด ใกล้สระว่ายน้ำส่วนกลาง ที่นอนนุ่มมาก ตกแต่งสวย พร้อมในหลายๆอย่าง ประทับใจมากคะ แต่เนื่องจากมีครัวสามารถทำอาหารขอเรื่องผ้าเช็ดโต๊ะ ไม้กวาดพื้น ผ้าถูพื้นไว้สำหรับทำความสะอาดระหว่างที่พักอยู่จะดีมากคะ
-ทิปนี้ที่ติดขัดหน่อย ตรงที่ฝนตก ทำให้ไฟฟ้าในตัวบ้านพักไม่พอ ไฟตกติดๆดับๆช่วงหัวค่ำ

เหมาะสำหรับเป็นกลุ่มหรือครอบครัว บ้านพักสวยงามมีห้องน้ำในตัวทั้ง 4 ห้อง มีครัวพร้อมอุปกรณ์ครบครัน สำหรับทำอาหารทำเองถือว่าครบมากๆๆ บรรยากาศส่วนตัว และสวยงามมากๆ สระว่ายน้ำสวย สำหรับคนที่ไม่ชอบความวุ่นวายดีครับ ใกล้ท่าเรือ

好處：
1）間屋特別設計，尤其是天台嗰間。
2）鄰近沙灘景優美
壞處：
1）上Google Map同Agoda比出的官方網頁地址，根本都不能去到。好彩係自駕遊比較方便周圍搵，及多得附近的居民帶引下才搵到！
2）Agoda show出的聯絡電話是屋主的,打了好多次都本無人接聽，應該顯示管理處的客戶服務電話，方便遊客聯絡！
3）如果用Google Map搵地址，應該輸入Siam Beach villa No.22E 才正確！
4）唔會有執房服務！

别墅就在刚上象岛的位置，比较偏僻需要搭乘酒店的免费双条车去711购物。但整个度假村环境非常好，有自己海滩，海岸线很长，水也清澈。

太美啦”
一开始预定的时候还心怀忐忑，到了之后就不想走了。这次总共住了7天，沙滩很棒都是浅滩，非常适合老人和孩子玩。泳池也很大，干净，人也不太多基本是90%的欧洲游客。别墅内可以做饭，爸妈吃不惯泰国口味，自己开火吃的非常 舒心。每个房间都有配套的卫浴，这个最赞。唯一不好的是交通，离白沙滩大概20分钟车程，所以出行只能租车、摩托或者出租车。租车价格不便宜而且旺季根本租不到。摩托只适合有技术的年轻人尝试，通往白沙路上有一段非常险的陡坡，是象岛事故高发路段。选择骑摩托出游一定要小心。经过这一路段最好下车推行。不过酒店内景色优美，比白沙好太多除了外出就餐，根本不需要到外面玩。老人和孩子在酒店玩就足够了。

Biệt thự đẹp, sạch. Bãi biển lớn, cát mịn, vắng và rất đẹp. Tuy nhiên khá xa trung tâm. Đồ ăn của resort rất ngon.
Biệt thự nằm trong Siam Royal View cách bến tàu 500m.
Ko có dọn phòng trong suốt thời gian lưu trú lại.
Đầy đủ tất cả các dụng cụ đồ bếp.
Tôi sẽ quay lại.

beliggenheden i smukke omgivelser ved vandet, den flotte 40 m pool, De store TV
Vi bookede et hotel hus, men fik et sommerhus, hvor der ikke var daglig rengøring. Området er fint, men der foregår bygningsarbejde med en masse larm til følge, dette oplyses ikke når du booker. Dejlig strand og pool. Huset OK, men allerede lidt slidt og med mange småfejl. Der er feks ikke aircon i stuen og ikke microovn i køkkenet. Vi fik 10 procent tilbage ved at klage, men ikke et hus vi vender tilbage til.... Området bliver fint, når de er færdige med at bygge....
