Beautiful and clean accommodation, very close to the beach, just 100 meters away. It is a house in a planned community that has a private beach. Inside, there are 4 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (without cooking appliances, though). Deducting 1 star because the oven is broken. Overall, satisfied and suitable for going with friends and family.

We went as a family, and on average it cost around 200 yuan per person. The house was located by the seaside and had facilities for cooking and barbecuing. Unfortunately, due to its proximity to the sea, the entire house was slightly damp.

Lovely house and lady in charge of the buildings was excellent and answered question quickly 24/7. The place was a bit remote although we had our own car. I would stay again.

First of all you may face a confusion to find it, because this villa is part of Siam royal view resort and it is not mentioned anywhere in the booking as it is owned by private person. With some help of local people we have reached, but first we were disgusted with mouldy smell inside the villa, also it was told to us that there is a maid who is cleaning every 3 days. We were there 3 nights a we have never met her. In such kind of villa I would expect daily housekeeping. Actually the villa was not so bad, in case you ignore the fact that you have not a direct view to the sunrise, also it was taking time to turn on the water heater and the things like wash machine or dishwasher were not working at all. The resort was very good, but the private owner of the villa really needs to improve the services
