Simple, quiet, and homey. Made for a great day of rest and relaxation on the beach with a nice pool and beautiful view. We had a room with a second bedroom and our daughter loved it! We look forward to returning.

Definite Must”
We loved the Sunrise Beach Resort so much we booked it again. It’s close to the ferry which is great if you’ve been travelling all day. A welcome fruit platter awaited us. We booked the family bungalow and found it to be really spacious, with 2 beds for my kids and a king size for my husband and I. One of the kids beds was in a Room with its own door. But the reason we booked again was because of the staff and owners. They picked us up at the ferry, then the next day drove us to go rent motorbikes and also helped us find a birthday cake for our daughter’s birthday at a bakery in one of the towns. The day we left drove us to where we could catch a Song Thaew. The breakfast food was great and the suppers were fantastic, my kids loved the cashew chicken, I loved the Panang Curry, my husband loved Pad Ka prao. The pool was so beautiful and right next to the bar. The beach and water were clean and we took the kayaks out for a row in the beautiful ocean.

This is one of the best hotel you can find in koh chang. The room are spacious and cozy, just right in the beach (you can see the beach from the bed). The hotel is located on the quiet side of the island. No party, no poeple, only relax time :) If you are looking for cozy place to spend time in this wonderful island, this is the place to be !

Great value for money”
Seaview bungalow just ten meters from the beach, spotless clean and new (just opened end of 2018). Very friendly staff, bananas/chocolate for the kids, shopped fruits for us at the market. Beach on the east coast isn‘t as good as on the western side, but very nice view, calm/relaxed atmosphere. Booked it again at the end of our trip. Highly recommened!

Qu’il fait bon de venir passer quelques jours dans cet hotel. Pen, une adorable personne De très beau bangalow sur la plage. Merci Pen d’avoir mis du bonheur dans nos vie. Après une quarantaine horrible dans un autre hôtel, Pen nous a remis de la douceur ! Un service exceptionnel. Je recommande 1000x cet hôtel ! Si le covid nous le permet, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l’année prochaine comme promis. Je vous souhaite sincèrement d’avoir de nouveaux des touristes qui viendront vous voir !!

Immer noch schönes Resort, jedoch fehlt jetzt das Thailand-feeling”
Die Beachfront Bungalows sind immer noch superschön, die Lage ein Traum. Leider musste für die neuen Bungalows in 2. und 3. Reihe sowie für den Pool viel Natur weichen. Das hat in unseren Augen dem Flair der Anlage sehr geschadet, auch der (momentan noch wenige) Verkehr der Straße ist jetzt viel stärker zu hören. Direkt hinter dem Pool ist das Restaurant. Essen war sehr gut zu üblichen Preisen, jedoch sitzt man hier sehr steril. Die Restaurants am Strand von den anderen Resorts sowie vom angrenzenden Souk sind da viel gemütlicher. Personal ist spitze, auch die Reinigung der Bungalows einwandfrei. Das Management sowie der Chef der Anlage sind sehr freundlich, manchmal wirkts aber auch aufdringlich, wenn man im Restaurant sitzt und dann sofort in Beschlag genommen wird.

ผมเดินทางไปเกาะช้างครั้งแรกและไปคนเดียว มีโอกาสได้ไปพักผ่อนที่นี่ ชอบมากครับ อยู่เกาะช้างฝั่งซ้ายไม่ไกลจากท่าเรือ บรรยากาศสงบ ที่พักสะอาดเหมาะสำหรับคนมาพักผ่อนชิวๆแบบผม มีเรือให้พายเล่นฟรี มีชิงช้าริมหาดให้นั่งชิลๆ ห้องพักเปิดออกมาเจอทะเลเลย ที่สำคัญเลยประทับใจพี่เพ็ญ(น่าจะเป็นเจ้าของ) ให้คำแนะนำที่เที่ยวและที่กินบนเกาะช้างให้อย่างเป็นกันเองและใส่ใจ ถึงแม้ว่าไปคนเดียวก็ไม่เหงา ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับไปอีกนะครับ
