Stinky, itchy hotel
The waiting area near the elevator smells like cat poop. The toilet smells like drunkard's urine. Heater is broken. The bed sheets are itchy. Go to much cheaper but cleaner hotels in tagaytay!!!!

Big room but hotel not maintained
The hotel was hard to find since we checked in at night time. It was located inside a subdivision. Has a basement parking. Room was very spacious. However, the hotel seems not to be not maintained. Furniture and facilities were old. Breakfast is plated.

Not recommended for families with babies
Disappointed with the room as they have given us a very old, dirty room with dead insects on the floor. We booked for a matrimonial bed but gave us 2 single beds instead. I askeed for an upgrade and will pay for it since it wasnt the one we booked for but unfortunately the hotel was full as they told me. The bath tub that was "the catch" on the room inclusives isnt also there so my daughter wasn't happy about it.

rundown hotel
the hotel is designed beautifully but not maintained properly..the owner just want the money generated by the hotel but donot want to spent for the upkeep..we were awake at 1am to call maintenance because of water lear of the water closet of the bowl which basically flooded the place..Flooded not just wet..the excuse given no budget to replace the spring..a pity as the place was beautifully situated..not even an exhaust fan on the toulet that if your call of nature will suffocate you of the smell of your odure..and its not cheap in comparison to other hotels around the area..but the staff were good..helpful except their receptionist which need more training for customer satisfaction...

the Haunted Mansion
It's our first time in Tagaytay and we we're expecting too much, we're a group of 3. When we check in, the front desk ask me to email my itinerary right on the spot, and ask me P2000 deposit, which was ok. The room was big, but old. But looks like we can live with it for a day. We went out after check in, we return by 8 pm. The road to the hotel was dark and far from the city proper, and you have to walk like 3 miles to get to the hotel. The hotel was dark, there's 1 room lighted and 1 room with a flicker lighting which might have been our room. This is where it got scary. Elevator not working, hallway dimmed light, like in a horror movie. Our room has flickering lights in the living room, no lights in the bathrooms, tv on static, no dial tone on our phone, no aircon, no hot water..this hotel is definitely straight from a horror movie. We complained and talked to the manager, she said will give us another room much biiger room but will not charge us more, but it is on the 5th floor. We agreed as long as there is lights in the room, bathroom and aircon. We went up flight oof stairs but the room also has no lights which is the same condition as our room, and even creepier. ao we decided to stay in our room, no aircon,no light and all. we were given two emergency lights for the two bathrooms. I did not sleep a wink. The hotel gives me the creep. The scariest experience ever. I will not to go back again! Worst experience in a hotel ever!

Too conventional. Foods served were the same each day.
The property is too conventional. It needs repairs. The facilities are too old. Staffs are not flexible.
