    “Overall stay was ok but not impressive.”

    PROS 1. Room was ready around 2.30pm with the help to expedite from staff. 2. Size of unit is quite big. Cons 1. Only 1 set of key was given. Despite explaining the key was lost and will be replaced soon, we did not get any replacement throughtout our 3D2N stay which has caused lots of inconvenience as it is a 3 bedrooms unit (3 families staying). 2. Car park tag given was not for the actual lot causing confusion and troubles. 3. General cleanliness was ok but could be further improved. We have to clean the table tops prior to using. 4. A whatsapp group was created with 5 staff in it but response time in the group could be further enhanced. Most of the issues were addressed only until we called them.

    “Don’t believe the pictures”

    Picture advertised are nothing like the actual place. It’s not as furnished as you think. Towels not given unless requested. Soap is just standard diluted soap for both body and shampoo. Place is quite rundown with walls and power sockets broken. Bedsheets and pillow has yellow and bloodstains. Note: if you still want to go here, bring your own towel, toiletries, bedsheets and pillow case + pillow.

    “I will give a good review if the lift ”

    The apartment is really spacious. Despite of shortage here and there , the staff was really helpful and very friendly to solve the issues. However the lift issues really annoying. The apartment is untill 40th level and there are only 3 lifts to serve everyone. We have to wait almost 15-20mins for the lift everytime we are going out.

    “Do not trust the advertised photos”

    The 3-room apartment unit was very very different from what was advertised. Dusty, dirty and filled with subpar and sparse furniture. Almost feels like I was scammed. When I called customer service, they said they could not do anything about it. This despite already taking our money in advance. Floor was dirty and dusty, furniture broken and third-rate, towels weren’t initially provided. The only good thing is the location. Strongly do not recommend

    “Terrible condo ”

    Wait lift take ard 10-30 min .. the house is not clean especially the floor …one of the room is without door cover…i can’t imagine only 3 lift with 40 floor condo ..everyone like sardin fish inside lift
