Please note: Guests will receive an email from DocuSign with the subject: Please DocuSign Vega Management Booking Agreement. Included in that email is the rental agreement and the credit card authorization form.
Guests need to complete the documents within the 24 hours or the reservation will be at risk for cancellation.
Once the property receives the email please follow up and complete it with your information and a copy of your ID and credit card to confirm the booking.
Please note: Check-ins after 21:00 Monday through Sunday are subject to a late check-in fee. The late fee per room type varies. Please contact property for details.

Please note: No parties, pets, or smoking are allowed under any circumstances, or else the property will not refund the security deposit. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sunset Apartment #2 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Vega Management Group LLC will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
