Perfect for couple or small family!”
Very clean and nice rooms with fast internet. Staff is friendly and pool and facilities is very beautiful. ALSO we fell in love with the family of cats that lived on the resort.. give them a little bit of food and they will be your loyal friends :) Highly recommend staying here. We stayed for 3 weeks and we already want to come back.

Great beach front hotel”
Sunset beach villas are within walking distance of Haad Rin Pier, great if you want to get to Koi Samui. The beach for the full Moon party is about a 10-15 minute walk away, far enough to not hear the noise. We stayed in a deluxe Room there were quite a few steps up to it but it was very quiet and no scooter noise, lovely beach front setting with lovely pool, the tide came up high so very little beach but the hotel have made a beach in front of the pool, great idea. We stayed here for the full moon party in a Mountain Deluxe room, only about a 10 min walk from the hotel to the party. Great location, the staff are so lovely and very helpful with recommendations for where to eat, taxi service, will help you with bookings for boats if needed and not to mention the great view from the pool for the sunset. We chose this hotel because we hed a ferry to Samui the day after early morning and we wanted to stay close to the pier. It took us 10 min slow walk with luggage in the morning - so that was a good decision. The room was very nice with all the facilities U need inside, it has a very nice balcony The beds are soooo comfortable, but- in the room they put a fragrance machine that every 10 min do a very loud noise so we could not sleep The swimming pool is nice and beautiful and is on the beach Good WI FI & Very nice cats from the hotel next door

Stunning Sunset ”
staff were so great , we thought we could not get a room before 2 pm as its check in time but once we arrived around 10 am , we asked if its possible or not , they just checked the room and give me the room the check in 4 hours before and no additional charged. During our stay , everything went well , room was cleaned , reasonable breakfast , big bungalow , perfect location and amazing sunset at the spot we stayed. we will go back to stay at Sunset Beach Villas again.

I stayed here for 4 nights over New Year’s. I booked a Deluxe Mountain View room, but my pleasant surprise, they put me in a sweet bungalow right in front of the beach! The bungalow was new and very clean, and it had great WiFi. Sunset Beach Villas is very close (8 minute walk) to Haad Rin Beach. Even though so many places are closed due to the pandemic, there are a number of very good restaurants that are just a few minutes walk away. The infinity pool is great, and the Manager was so helpful! I was so pleased by my stay at Subset Beach Villas. Everything was wonderful.

Beach front Bungalow is really really awesome, I love sunset here so when i come to phangan I every time book this place . Here is the best wifi as I work online , I never have problem about internet during I stay here.

Amazing stay”
The staff were very accommodating they were able to come and pick us up from the pier. The rooms are so great for budget travellers! And the pool area is amazing infinity pool and small private beach area! Also short walk to main beach and restaurants/ shops! Really enjoyed the stay!!!

It’s a perfect place to stay, everything is nice and cozy”
But the Breakfast is not included at the hotel and not that much menu. If they have more that would be perfect. But we found the coffee shop called Coffeedrink Haadrin, that was the best and it’s not far from hotel only 170m

Great location. Very very nice pool area, with a great view of the ocean and sunset. Friendly staff. Food was decent. Room was also very clean and decent. Would recommend! Ended up staying for 3 extra nights as we loved being at the pool and great distance to the city

Lovely hotel, close to Full moon party”
My husband and I extended or stay from 3 nights to 4. We went for the New Years Eve party on Haad Rin beach. The hotel is walking distance (5 minutes) but you can also ask to hire a bike which come very quickly. If the hotel was not so nice we would not have stayed in that area for as long. As the party we would have gone to different area for a nicer beach but the hotel pool was great and the staff were really friendly and helpful when booking boats etc. Also great, cheap cocktails all day, everyday!

It is near to haad Rin beach (fullmoon party beach). Room was clean. But our room was on Hill top and there is no phone to call on reception. So if you need any thing then you have to come down on reception that is one weak point of this hotel. Staff is polite and friendly
