Overbooked, ended up with moldy room”
I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with the seaview room with balcony, however we ended up with a room with no windows and which badly smelled like mold! We understand hotels can get overbooked, but we would have appreciated it if we were told about the situation right away with the check-in, instead of pretending we got the right room! We do not recommend getting the no sea-view room! The others might be fine!

Not recommended ”
When we arrived, nobody was at reception and we had to find the number and call someone to call the reception desk. We probably woke up the receptionist. Then we were told that the Sunset hotel is overbooked and we need to move next door to different hotel we haven't booked. We booked room with balcony and there was no balcony. When we asked for any compensation or if it is possible to move to the Sunset hotel the next day, they just told us they don't know,that the guests haven't decided yet if they are staying or not. They didn't even offer us any compensation, such as any discount or free breakfast. The staff was very lax and wasn't helpful at all.

Sunset Hotel is perfectly located close to good restaurants and the rooms with seaview and balcony are the best value i have got in Vietnam. Staff was very helpfull and nice.

Balcony was awesome to have but that's where the value ends. The bathroom smelled so moldy, I had to use a hanger to keep it shut.

NOUS NE RECOMMANDONS PAS”
Nous avons réservé l’hotel, cependant nous n’avons jamais trouvé l’adresse. Lorsque nous avons regardé les photos pour avoir une idée de l’emplacement, il y avait deux devantures différentes! Après 2 heures de temps, nous avons décidé de choisir une autre hôtel. Nous avons envoyé un message 2 heures avant le checking (13:00) pour annuler notre réservation. A ce moment, il avait déjà prit notre argent sur notre carte de crédit et ils ont refusé de nous rembourser! Je ne recommande en aucun temps cette hôtel !!!

不要订票，乱安排房间”
订了3人房，入住时候给分了双人房，特别小。后来提了才给换到3人间。阳台前面全是电缆，海景就算了。在酒店订了去岘港的车票。60万，但是其实不划算。他给你送到海防车站，等了4小时才出发。车票才37万，加上岛回海防最多50万。跟我第一次55万直接去海防比差好多。

Tôi đặt hote này qua Agoda, tuy nhiên khi đến thì khách sạn lại ngưng hoạt động từ 3 tháng trước. Tôi đã nỗ lực liên hệ agoda qua mail để hỗ trợ nhưng không được ai support. Có lẽ tôi sẽ phải chịu mất tiền vì đã đặt phòng qua agoda. Thật sự quá thất vọng. Agoda thật vô trách nhiệm với người dùng.

Неплохой отель по вьетнамским меркам. Хорошее расположение. Особенно радует балкон с видом на море. Достаточно чисто и просторно.Соответствие цена-качество.(Это применительно к номеру на троих на верхнем этаже). Тяжело общаться с персоналом из-за языкового барьера.
