lovely spacious room, amazing location in Riomaggiore, just a short (and sweaty!) walk up the hill. great facilities for cooking, even has a mini oven. great connections on the train to the other villages of cinque terre. would highly recommend staying here

Living in a cave”

The apartment was super comfy and cozy. The location was great & the owners gave us detailed indications on how to get to the facility. The beds were comfy.
The Wi-Fi connection didn't work for us & we told the owner about our issue & they didn't fixed it. The facility didn't have data coverage, so we were isolated. The communication with the facility wasn't fluid. They asked us the night before leaving that we had to leave the turist tax (thanks god we were awake having dinner at a restaurant and we had Wi-Fi connection). The facility only has one window, so ventilation and lightning aren't its best traits. It was a whole adventure to have a shower with warm water.

it's close to Riomaggiore beach and close to the town square in general
The shower has freezing cold water. When I tried to contact the property owner asking about hot water, they didn't respond back to me until 2 days later at which point I had already checked out. If you're not a fan of cold showers, do not recommend this place and the host doesn't respond quick.

Cheap for the good location.
As everyone else- the humidity and the moldy smell. Would probably get better if you stayed for some days. Parking is a nuisance, but that’s more Cinque terre than Sunset house.
