Surprised by the warm welcome & excellent service throughout the stay. We found it hard to leave the villa because the view is amazingly beautiful & only a few steps to the beach. Very clean rooms with homely feel of the interior deco. Generous supply of tolietries and kitchenware. Furnished with cozy beds & clean linen. Private pool is convenient & suitable for kids. The only lack of is we did not book for more days to stay. Will surely come back again for another holiday here!

Outstanding location with kind staff. Wifi was good, car parks were also provided right in front of the apartment. Relaxing and quiet place, clean beach, everything was good, would recommend to other people.

Faraway Escape Destination with Gorgeous View”
We knew the location is a little far off from the KK town but we didn't expect it's so isolated from everything! However thats the reason we choose this location becuase to avoid the usual tourists hotel. There's no check in counter where the host text us and we can go in the apartment after telling the arrival time. It looks like deserted resort at first but when we get into our suite it was fantastic! Everything you need to in a hotel and residence is all equiped! The best part is the wonderful sunset view... It worth all the price!

Relaxing”
This beachfront apartment did not have a sunset view but the view of the ocean is awesome. The swimming pool at this block, block D was not very clean. Bottled water is provided but you may want to buy extra if you plan to stay longer. Cooking utensils, plates and cutleries are provided. There is also a microwave. There is a restaurant on site and the Nexus Karambunai Resort is about 5 mins (by car). This place is about 30 mins from Kota Kinabalu city and about 15 mins to 1B mall. Along the way, if you are taking the jalan sulaman road, there is a KFC drive thru and a McD drive thru. If you've rented a car, you can try going for seafood at Salut seafood restaurant or Gayang seafood restaurant about 10mins drive. There's also a crocodile farm nearby and you can go up to Kokol Haven Resort (temperature about 20-24°C) which is also around this area.

Enjoyed our stay here”
We had the two bedroom suite with jacuzzi..it was cosy, fairly clean, however there was no tv in the master bedroom and either we did not know how to turn on the jacuzzi or it was not functioning. The location is great..the beach, swimming pool..good place to relax and enjoy some time with the kids. No need to check in and out at the counter..the staff will open the suite prior to your arrival and when you leave just inform them and leave the key on the counter..quite convenient.

View was amazing. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Kitchen amenities provided. Rooms was spacious. Master bedroom bath tub came with jacuzzi. Some facilities required uplift. Cleanliness can be improved.

The glass door could not be closed properly. The place was dusty. Th e setup is nice though. Very relaxing
