My experience : Flight arrived at night and had to do self check-in after 9pm (the office & mall were closed already). This was my first time staying at the apartment. So this might be handy for those who arrive late & first-timers here. Pros : 1. Location - extremely good, at the heart of Imago 2. Friendly & helpful staff - I'm truly thankful to them. I ran into some problems and the staff went above & beyond at helping us. 3. Cleanliness - despite the facilities are not so new, they are well-maintained and cleaned. As I have allergies, I'm truly happy with the condition of the apartment. My physical condition was extremely good during my stays. 4. Kitchenettes & laundry - the washing machine is in good condition and the property even provided a complimentary detergent. Cons : 1. Confusing check-in (especially for those who arrive late afternoon / at night) 2. Unstable internet connection (especially in the morning and afternoon) 3. Uncomfortable bed mattresses (it's very hard, can feel the springs) Tips : a) The apartment is at Loft B and the office at Loft A (not in the same building). So tell your taxi driver to drop you at Loft B entrance. Walk across the street to Loft A. You can contact the property or ask the security guards there. a) Bring your own food and drinks. There's no complimentary food/drinks. But this is actually not a big deal as there're 24-hour stores just outside the property. b) The office is closed at 9pm. For those who arrive after 9pm, please inform the property early. They'll send text messages on how to do self check-in. c) Please save the contact no of this property earlier. So you might need to call them when you're lost your way. d) In relation to (b) and (c), please switch on your roaming data as soon as you enter the country. The property central location at Imago shopping mall is fantastic for exploring the city. The condo was impeccable clean making our stay comfortable. While the staff were frietthere were some areas for improvement. The facilities were top notch offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

1- it's NOT SunseT SeaView but Sunset Seaview ARE NAME OF THE COMPANY/AGENCY so PLEASE DO NOT CONFUSE BY THAT! 2- DEPOSIT RM200 are normal, when the staff mentioned that refund will take 3 working days (since we checked in was on 30 Friday and checked out 31 Saturday refund suppose on Wednesday) which I found it inconvenient but since full payment has been made online so.. BUT! until today before 11am refund still pending, my message via WhatsApp on day 4 no reply, day 5 still no reply and today no reply! So I made direct call then the same staff ask me for receipt transfer and told me he will pass to ACC dept. So..., in terms of hospitality, this is really unacceptable! 3- CLEANLINESS are poor, the bed and pillow sheeys are dirty, dull and yellowish instead of white or I don't think it because there have been no customer in long time but either not changed or washed clean. Living fan broken and sofa smelly. Other than that are ok. I really hope they can read and upgrade their services and hospitality.

We drove to KK with 2 cars and luckily both cars can park at loft parking lot. The condo has everything we needed i.e wifi, iron, microwave, fridge and even towels. However we notice some towels and mattress were quite dirty with stains so please improve on cleanliness. And the door has only 1 key lock (another lock was taken out) so we don’t feel too secure leaving our belongings nor sleep at night with that fact. Otherwise it was still a nice stay especially due to the location.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location was perfect as it was situated in the city centre and attached to a shopping mall. The facilities were exceptional, including the parking and Wi-Fi. The staff were very helpful and the housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring the cleanliness of our bathroom. Overall, we highly recommend this property for its value for money and would definitely stay here again.
