Perfect place to go during the pandemic. They had gone out of their way to keep everything clean, masks were required throughout the property. Social distancing was adhered to. Our room was spotless! The employees were kind, helpful and cheerful. We would like to acknowledge Victoria from the Front Desk, Mon from the restaurant (dinner-late night), and Kimberly from the restaurant (breakfast). All of the security guards were kind and helpful as well. All of the people I mentioned when above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience.

Best weekend getaway”
Like the atmosphere. Just went to visit a new love in my life. We both needed a break and we felt like a small getaway was in order and it was the best. Very clean rooms and no noise around our rooms. Simple peace and quiet. I just wish I would have booked earlier to get a better deal eventhough when I booked the day before the deal was not that bad. I will be back.

Location is great, lots of free parking. Clean quiet room. No mini fridge , no microwave. - that is minus. Night stands are good size. Bed is good but not excellent mattress. Great prices for breakfast and lunch buffet. Bowling. Cinema.

Sunset Station gives you everything you get in expensive casino hotels at much lower cost. The rooms have also been updated since last time I stayed and the smell of smoke is not so pervasive in the bedrooms.

Registration staff clearly agitated by inquiries regarding charges. If I wanted an alchohol beverage no problem free but a water and coffee were not. No info given regarding rewards program until hostess in resturant got someone to come over to share info. That was 4 hours before leaving and there was not even a comp play or coffee for a registered guest. Layout not friendly. Restroom location and number inadequate, registration desk proximity to hotel elevators not disabled friendly. Nasty coffee in cafe cost 5dollars. No perks, no excitement. Disappointed.

There 6 days. Room was never cleaned or towels given nor trash emptied. Left notice on door and called desk water in shower plugged up very quickly. My grand son reported that. The bed and pillows were so hard. I took pain pill to sleep and borrowed a pillow from people I was visiting.

I booked a week stay thru a third party site for a one week stay at Sunset Station. We had an emergency and had to arrive a day later than planned. I called to tell them we would be arriving a day later. When we arrived our reservation was cancelled even though one week was payed in advance. They refused to honor our PAID reservation because we did not show on the scheduled date. Too bad because my husband was ready to drop some big bucks at the tables. Stupid management.
