Sunset Villa is a 10-minute drive from downtown Senggigi, 25-minute drive from central Mataram and an hour's drive from Lombok International Airport. Offering calming views of the greenery, the villa has a large terrace and balcony with a seating area and a dining table. The villa had just gone through a renovation and everything was new and clean. The pictures at webpages were still old. The service wa very nice and helpful and everything , including the pool, was clean
Because it was a hill side villa there were a lot of stairs.

The staff we're very friendly and helpful. The pool and grounds are absolutely beautiful and the Villa was very clean and comfortable with excellent furniture for a relaxing stay.
The Villa is in need of some cosmetic renovations and could do with a TV and a Bluetooth sound system.

Perfekt Villa. Polite staff like gardener, security and house keeper. Owner privedes rent of good scooter. In general villa is in silent place few meters away from half secret and totally empty beach with basic servis.

Buddy et son équipe sont au petit soin pour vous. Ils sont extrêmement chaleureux, sympathiques et serviables. Merci à eux de m'avoir permis de passer une excellent séjour. Le cadre autour de la piscine est fabuleux et la terrasse en compagnie des geckos (géants) très agréable.
il y a une petite restauration à faire dans la salle de bain : moustiquaires défectueuses.

horrible et en plus le propriétaire est un menteur. j'avais effectué 2 réservation la 1ère du 21 au 23 juillet 2022 et la seconde du 23 au 28 juillet. lors dès 2 premiers jours nous avons constaté que l'établissement était vraiment dégueulasse et mal entretenu , donc nous l'avons signalé à booking qui m'ont demandé d'envoyer des photos . après leur avoir envoyé des photos booking on était choqué de l'état du logement voici ce qu'il m'a répondu le service clients après avoir vu les photos : " Eya H. du Service Clients Bonjour Rochdi, Je vous remercie pour votre retour. En regardant les photos, c'est vraiment inhabitable et je suis vraiment désolée que vous ayez été mis dans de telles conditions. Vos commentaires nous aideront à accélérer les procédures afin de trouver une solution avec le logement. Il faut absolument intervenir immédiatement. Nous avons transmis vos commentaires à l'établissement Sunset Villa et sommes en attente de sa réponse. Nous vous préviendrons dès que nous recevrons de nouvelles informations. Soyez assuré que nous ferons de notre mieux pour vous fournir une solution pratique et satisfaisante pour vous. Nous vous remercions néanmoins d'avoir porté cette situation à notre attention. Je reste à votre disposition si vous avez d'autres demandes et si vous souhaitez partager d'autres commentaires. horrible ne vous fiez pas aux photos”

la maison est dans un état lamentable et elle est très très sale , les serviettes de bains sont très sales , les ustensiles de cuisine sont rouillés , le pomo de douche 🚿  est cassé  , sous les lits il y'a des toiles d'araignée, dans le salon sur les fauteuils il y'a 2 grand matelas posé dessus , le bac à linge est très sale et le pire c'est qu'il y'a beaucoup de lézards dans la maison au point ou on doit mettre des serviettes de bain au sol devant les portes des chambres pour pas qu'ils rentrent , mes enfants ont peur. au début lors de la première réservation nous nous sommes dit qu'on allait patienter et que sa va passer mais là c'est plus possible,  nous avons fait plus de 10000 klm pour pouvoir passer des bonnes vacances et faire plaisir à nos enfants et voilà qu'on se retrouve dans une maison désastreuse.  avant de réserver la maison j'avais lu les commentaires de certaines personnes qu'elles disaient que la maison était sale et qu'elle n'était pas entretenu donc dû coup j'ai envoyé un message à l'établissement pour leur parler des commentaires que j'avais lu et l'établissement m'a bien dit que tout à était refait depuis alors à ce moment là j'ai réservé et finalement ce n'est pas vrai .

Die Villa und die Natur drumherum haben mich echt verzaubert ♥️Man kann das Rauschen der Wellen hören , jeden Abend einen fantastischen Sonnenuntergang sehen , der Strand ist einer der saubersten den ich hier in der Gegend gesehen habe. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder diese Villa buchen ♥️♥️♥️
