The Nightcap at Ashley was in very close proximity to our work conference and for that I am grateful. Unfortunately after checking in we went to our room only to find a Studio Queen and not a Studio Queen & Single as paid for. On advising staff & after a lot of drawn faces looking at the booking computer we were moved into a Studio Queen & Single room. Fantastic! We unpacked and began to settle in after a very early rise and flight from Perth WA. A short time later a knock at the door from a staff member advising we could not stay in that room, it was booked. A lot of discussion later, her standing with door wide open and blaming Agoda, not the hotel for the mishap, and that she didn't know what to do. We were just wanting a quick solution. In the end we politely asked her to leave and to discuss with her manager. We repacked & moved once again to another studio, my friend did not stay at the hotel as planned due to no bed. Completely disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.
