Someone using the room before we check in. Late check in around 2.30am. Lot of bed bugs, urine at toilet bowl and did not flush the toilet. No housekeeping due to bed sheets not tidy.

Cons: Blood-stained bedsheet, wet and black spotted pillows, damp headboard and wall, no iron and iron boards, uncleaned ash tray, only one staff around. Pros: Cheap, value for money.

The day that i stay at this i got 15 bites of mites at my back and upper foot . I took some pictures of bites and the mites . About the staffs were very terrible. Note to suntex owner- please change another staffs . If u want to find a foreign peeps, PLEASE find who hv a bit knowledge about working at front office department. The room they give to me at that day ,got 1 shot plug. I asked the staff to change the room but they just give me an extension. Did they know ho danger is it ? The plug show an flash of electric when i want to plugin the tv then the whole hotel building blackout. Do u want to wait for someone die cause that plug? I forgot the room number . The room is at level 2 just in front of the housekeeping cabinet. I really unsatisfied with that condition and i want Suntex management to repay me. Contact me a week after u get this review. If not i have to report it to the relevant government departments

Terrible hotel. Light goes off all the time. and no internet during that time . Unfriendly and non accomodating reception did not not care told me last time to change your room as if it's my fault.

This so called hotel that cost me for RM120 per night is totally terrible up the maximum point!! It is totally different from the photo shown in agoda and the facilities is so disappointing!! I have never encounter such a horrible, terrible and lousy so called hotel whereby there is no working wifi, a broken plug only ( which causing my hair dryer wire to melt), broken water heater, blocking basin, wet mattress with BED BUGS. Please do not ever consider to stay at this so called hotel if you are looking even for a night stay only. You could get a way better hostel or hotel with RM120 paid!!

We as a group check out immediately after got in to the room. It was dirty, stain on pillow, faulty shower valve, cockroach in bathroom and etc. Photos are for illustration purpose, and they made it.

Good enough though a bit dirty. Room is SPACIOUSSSS. Only accessible by car. The receptionist were okay. Pasar malam was right in front of the hotel. 4 stars for being this cheap and provide a good night sleep for us

Cons: My room didnt have a bed. Just two mattresses on top of each other. Mattress sunk in the middle. Woke up with a painful back. Very unfriendly staff. I called a day earlier informing I was checking in late. Girl answering phone sounded annoyed and bit my head off. Guy at check in (6pm) was also cranky. Not mean, bur not welcoming either. Pros. good value for money. location nearby mrt. lots of food and sundry shops nearby.

I’ve stayed in better hotels for a better price. ”
The toilet is old, dirty, and disgusting, flush doesn't work, blanket is a thin fleece blanket, air-conditioning takes ages to cool the room, overall I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, worse hotel I ever stayed in and I wouldn't consider booking it ever again even if I were homeless, I'd rather sleep in my car.
