Love this place!”
This place was a great stay for my family and myself! I have 2 kids under 5 years old and stayed 06 Oct 2022- 11 Oct 2022. It is as is it is depicted in pictures. I don't have any cons of this place, other than I wish I had booked a happy baby room to have access to the main pools. The room was lovely, and had a mini kitchenette - great to have if you're staying in Phuket for more than a few nights. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great & really treat you like family - Monte at the front desk stood out the most to us! His customer service and professionalism is top notch. He helped us out with tours and was just a wonderful being to speak to. All the staff was so friendly. They have really great kids facilities and agendas for them too. You could book a few hours for your kids to stay at the kids club(3 yo and up), however you could also contact the front desk for additional services not limited to age I believe. There is a gym, massage/nails right before you access the beach (which is directly accessible to the hotel). You could walk along the beach which gets you to other shops/restaurants nearby. Also, get the breakfast included -- the breakfast was great to have and a good variety of food! Even the lunch and dinner was yummy.

Kids love it here! ”
Recommended for families with children. A lot of activities for kids to do within the resort. A break for parents too. Massages by the beach are a must. Ladies there are so sweet and give good relaxing massages. In fact all the staff are very approachable and helpful. Food is reasonably priced, pizzas are yummy but I would recommend to go out for Thai food. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable for all of us to laze around and sleep. Turn the mosquito repellent on before bed, that’s provided in the room and bring some spray on with you too. It’s not too much of an issue, just as evening sets, some bugs will be flying around. Not a fault of the hotel. Pools are great! There’s one by the beach, a few with slides, one with a pool bar, baby pools too. There’s something for everyone from toddlers to teens to adults. We absolutely love it here and will be back!

Wonderful Resort right on the Beach!!!”
I keep coming back to this wonderful place and couldn't have wished for a better stay. The resort is my second home. From the very first time in Phuket, I have always been choosing to stay at Sunwing Kamala Beach. It is located right on the white sandy beach and provides wide choices of swimming pools and relaxation areas. The beach is super private. Our Two-Bedroom Royal Suite is very specious, beautiful, spotlessly clean, with everything catered for. What I like most is that this child friendly hotel has a launderette available, with coin-operated washing machines and laundry drying tumblers that you can use on demand. Even a baby cot can be requested. The staff are super friendly and will assist you with anything you need. Excellent service from all staff. My biggest thanks go to Mrs. Renelyn Ramos, the Asst. Guest Service Lead, who personally welcomed us upon our arrival in hotel. She showed us along the way to our room, so that we would re-acquaint ourselves with the place again and it really feels like home again. Since we have known each other for the whole 8 years, it was just like meeting old friends. Thank you for your kind assistance and for making our stay more pleasant!!! We love every moment staying here. That’s why we are returning guests to Sunwing Kamala Beach with the passage of time.

8 POOLS and On The Beach 🏖️🙌”
My room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and staff here are fabulous! 8 pools, most with waterslides, and yes I had a go 😅 Lovely grounds and not too far to walk to shops and the Friday night market was close. The beach is nice especially the lovely spot on the North end I got to on a nice beach walk. Right outside the resort on the beach there are great places for eating and cocktails, oh and the sunset, beautiful! I will be back 🤗

Awesome place for young families”
We booked the baby suite and the pool was just a few steps away from the front yard! Staff were friendly, Carnival Magic is just a few minutes' walk away, and the Monday's night market was great too. Would definitely visit again!

Everything you need for family holiday”
I can't fault this place for a holiday with young kids. We stayed in a happy baby room with a 3, 1 & 6 month old baby. The facilities were excellent and provided lots of things you help for small kids - high chair, bumbo, pram, toys, cot. The pools were great and our kids loved them. The kids club had more toys to play with during the day. The restaurants were well setup for kids with high chairs and a good kids menu (and kids eat free). The staff were amazing with the kids (most memorable were Nan, Foh & Kwaw). The beach was only a short walk and very picturesque. It's great for young kids to go swimming (at low tide). We would highly recommend Sunwing for a holiday with kids (of any age).

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sunwing Kamala. The staff was very friendly, the food at the restaurants was delicious, the location is top notch for families with kids. The beach just outside the hotel gate. The half of the family managed to swim at the beach, while the other half preferred the hotel pool, but we felt like we were together all the time. Highly recommended for families with kids!

Excellent family hotel ”
The place is an excellent resort for families with your children. The place has multiple on site attractions such as multiple pools and some water slides, ping pong and pool tables, children play rooms and more. The food is very good and the restaurant is decently priced with free food menu for children (with a paying adult). Beach access is directly from the hotel and for visiting the city you would need to drive.

Loved this hotel. Fantastic breakfast, great staff, clean rooms, lots of pools to choose from and the location is perfect. You walk out to the right at the beachfront and there are restaurants & bars or you can go left and into the town streets for more options. No road between the beach & the hotel which is great.

Beautiful beach and plus pool(s) with sliders”
We love about this hotel Pros :- - We stay royal family pool access so my kids dip in pool all day and play sliders. - Kamala beach is so clear and safe enough for kids to play(beach in front of hotel is clean).We can bring beach towel from your room. - They give snack and cool drink in room as complimentary.(So surprise us! a lot of snack and fruit,spring water etc.) - We have dinner at som's kitchen in hotel and can get kid menu for free! - They have kid room,teen lounge.pin-pong table,pool table,small football area. Cons:- - Some area is under construction but is not big deal. - Plenty of tree so many mosquito.

Probably the best family hotel in Phuket”
We have stayed on Sunwing Kamala Beach on several occasions and have only good things to say about the hotel. Excellent location with beach access. Perfect for families with small children as the pools are designed for kids. A lot of activities for children. Very, very good food in the restaurant, the children loved the breakfast buffet. Very clean hotel and the rooms are very fresh and well maintained. We are coming back next year.
