We found 3 roaches in our room. Homeless people was sleeping in the hallway. Front desk staff Very rude. Don't recommend AT ALL!!!!!!

HORRIBLE”
My cousins room had no power- yes no power! It also had hangers all over? The man at the desk came up and it turned back on only to turn back off moments after he left. He then disappeared completely the entire night. I then checked my room to find it was not cleaned at all. It was disgusting. There was a number to call if you needed anything while he was “away” we called and called all night and kept going back to the front desk to see if he had returned. All we wanted was different rooms. CLEAN rooms with POWER. Is that too much to ask for? We were PAYING customers. My cousin had to sleep in a room that had NO power. I had to sleep in a room that was dirty and still had stuff from the last people who stayed. It was absolutely horrible. We couldn’t leave and get another room since we had already paid for these rooms and didn’t have the money to go to another hotel. We told the lady who was working when we left and she said she would have the manager call us. 3 days later and still no call. I have called numerous times to try to talk to the manager and everyone i’ve talked too has been super rude! I feel like we were scammed!! Seriously do not go here. I’m so upset. We completely wasted our money. I now have talked to super 8 customer care and have filed a complaint and hope to hear back from them soon. I just want my money back!!

Roach motel”
The floors were dirty and stained, the blankets and sheets had holes, burn marks, and stains on them, but at least the roaches and bugs kept me company. The fridge was unplugged and there was no toilet paper. I made the mistake of lifting up the mattress to see what type of bed it was and found old cereal and baby toys underneath. The room was suppose to be non smoking, but I had to change my clothes after I left because of the stench. If I could give 0 stars I would. But I guess what do you expect from a cheap hotel.
