Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. A little higher off the ground… Not a bad location. There’s a few things, it shows some wear and tear. But all around good value. Especially if you book from one of those online hotel finders.

Rude staff, filthy room ”
The title says it all I showed up at 9:03 a.m. for breakfast and was turned away even though breakfast ended at 9:00. Very rudely in fact. My room had dirty wet washcloths sitting on the counter didn't have a garbage can. Their internet is dial up speed at best

Smell and cleanliness”
Staff os great to work with and very responsive however when entering the hotel doors near our room there was a very strong smell of Marijuana in the hall and then when entering the room the odor changed to one of residual dirtyness. We ended up canceling the room and going elsewhere.

Would not recommend even as a cheap option”
I know going into this that I was just getting a cheap room for the night so didn’t have very high expectations. However, I still was not prepared for this experience. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was literally a piece of a crack pipe under the chair cushion. I couldn’t walk down the hall without people poking their heads out of rooms to ask if I had drugs or alcohol. The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything all night. Just a very scary experience overall.

Dont let the pictures fool you, its a halfway house, there were screw up running through the halls and slamming doors all night all three nights I was suck there. Spend the extra twenty bucks and go some where safe and quiet.

Not the best”
It just wasn't a great place. I am surprised Wyndham is affiliated with this place. I had water damage in the ceiling of my bathroom, the door of the room was hardly an exterior door, hollow and not sealed do smoke from others came under the door into our room. I also had a homeless woman getting breakfast the next morning with me.

Outdated & Dirty”
I would never recommend this hotel due to the staff being rude & the rooms being dirty and not cleaned. When you complain about the rooms, the staff tell you to leave if you don’t like it.

Lack of customer service”
The people at the front desk were extremely unfriendly. They didn't give clear information. There was an older gentleman just sitting there. I asked for the names of the people at front desk no one would give information the tub in the room was not clean and there was a broken lamp. Very dissatisfied.

Definitely substandard ”
The hotel charges a $60 deposit. You have to bring back your receipt and get a room inspection for you to get your deposit back. Very unusual policy, and definitely a waste of the customer’s time. Was a non smoking room that har clearly been smoked in. Blankets had burn marks. Shower had no lip or barrier to prevent water from flowing out. Drainage was horrible. Water was leaking in heavy amounts outside of the bathroom into the bedroom area. Had to put a towel in front of the door to prevent flooding. Spider webs all over. Definitely would not recommend or stay there again.

Person working the counter was inattentive and took a minute to address that we were standing there even though it was the middle of the night and we were the only ones in the lobby. The room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Bedding was worn and bathroom needs repairs. I would not recommend this hotel…not even for the fours hours that we were there. Would have been better to sleep at the airport.

Literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed ”
I don’t know what was worse; the actual prostitutes and the absurd amount of crackheads tweaking outside/yelling at each other, or the front desk man trying to scam me out of my reservation and trying to double charge me for a room I already paid for and had the receipt in hand for. The room by the way was disgusting and not thoroughly cleaned, this was obvious by the trash left on the floor from the previous guest and mold around the sink. Sticky and disgusting and actually scary. Coming and going was sketchy and intimidating being watched and begged for money by scary drug addicts and eyed by nasty half naked hookers. Everything about this was terrible and easily the most ghetto place I’ve ever stayed. Would absolutely not recommend to anybody ever.
