TERRIBLE ”
we checked in after waiting 3 hours past our check in time. The room had no bathroom door, no working lights, the heater was held up with clamps, the AC unit had burned and there was exposed wires, the tub had black rings, the sink was stopped up, the bed only had a sheet no blanket, the furniture was splattered with god knows what, the floors were so dirty. we called and the front desk told us there was nothing they could do we would have to wait for the manger to come in the next day. We went downstairs for coffee and the cups were all On the counter but when you turned them over they were dirty. We are hopefully getting a refund. Terrible, uninhabitable place

Very poorly cleaned, toilet was not wiped clean, dingy lighting carpet is pulling away from the walls. Advertised a complimentary breakfast. There is none. No elevator

This hotel over booked themselves and after driving 6 hours, we discovered that they had canceled our reservations- maybe a blessing in disguise because the Lobby was filthy, and there were mattresses propped up alongside the building.

Not a good experience ”
No towels or pillow cases in room when arrived. TV had no remote and front desk tried several that didn’t work. Later in the evening the heater wasn’t working. The front desk gave us two separate portable heaters that didn’t work and when we woke up the shower didn’t work. The staff tried to assist but just didn’t have the means to make our stay any better. Do not suggest the same experience for anyone else.

Older hotel so it has its problems. Very poor breakfast. Not helpful as far as knowing Fairbanks. Could not tell us were attractions were located. I did not find it dirty.

Llegamos a las 2:15 aprox y no Había nadie en recepción que nos Atendiera , había un letrero que si te urgía llamaras a una ext y JAMÁS contestaron después de esperar casi 45 min nos Fuimos y regresamos como a las 5 y la sra q estaba en recepción Mal encarada nos dijo que ella era la única recepcionista y que había tenido que salir y honestamente ese no es nuestro problema, ya que nos dan la habitación la televisión no servía que no tenían Direct TV y pues no se podía ver la tele tampoco servía el Internet, y pues la señorita nos dijo que pues no servía y que ni modo, pésimo servicio eso era peor que un motel, pagamos más de $100 y eso Era como para 50 máximo

部屋が臭いので消臭スプレイを買ってきてスプレーしました。受付おばさん最悪。仕事する気なし。WIFI の説明が悪く結局使えず出かけて仕事しました。

2018年春节期间，从西雅图乘坐三角航空飞机夜间抵达，离机场不远。前台服务非常热情。宾馆是印度人投资的，管理水平和宾馆硬件条件都中等，相当于如家到汉庭宾馆的水平。中规中矩。
