Professional, courteous and attentive staff. I appreciate the availability of coffee and hot water all day long. The only small inconvenience was between the website I booked through and the hotel. I was particularly needing breakfast and they do not offer it in the hotel. The websites boasted free breakfast but that's most likely someone in corporates' responsibility to update. Their cart seemed to have disappeared without their knowledge so we were very grateful they could accommodate us with a room on the 1st floor. On the plus side, they have the MOST comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing mattress. I almost missed check out because I haven't slept that well in weeks! Housekeeping is attentive and the resupply if your needs was good.

I've been staying at this hotel when I come visit and it's very convenient if you are a traveler and or flyer. Right off the freeway they have cold rooms with their own microwave and mini fridge. The staff is very friendly and if you need room service they are right on top of it!!

Perfect for a layover”
Quick stop overnight in this hotel on my way back to Australia. Easy check in and room was clean and spacious. I was a bit cold (no blankets) but I'm sure if I'd asked for one, reception would have provided. The courtesy bus to the airport in the morning was convenient. Excellent value. I'd stay here again.

Great Choice for a Budget Motel”
This Super 8 is a good value for the traveler who doesn't need a lot of amenities. There is a business center for those who need one, and the location is great. There is a shuttle to DFW which picks up right out front.

Not a bad place. Initially, I thought the room was cold and there was no microwave but you have to let the A/C warm up the room and check the cupboards for the microwave. The room, including the bed, was big and clean, very comfy. There is also a "Do Not Disturb" sign that was nice. The only issue I ran into was that the key would sometimes not work, so I had to get a new one from the front desk.

The location is perfect! You can get anywhere in Irving (or the airport) super fast! Great value for the money. Rooms are clean furniture is nice. Just don’t expect especially personable front desk staff! 😬

The room was clean and comfortable. They also offered me a shuttle transport to the airport, which was great. There are no restaurants nearby except the diner 15 minutes walking through a bridge in a highway. When I made the reservation through Agoda, I was offered breakfast. But when I got there I was told that breakfast was not included. So Agoda has to update this.

No problem with the hotel, and expectations were not high. We were not expecting 5 star at a 2-3 star price, nor did we get it. The location was good, the rooms clean though getting very tired, and everything worked initially. When something went wrong, the staff tried to assist, but asking the guest to do maintenence is always a mistake. However, the coffee machine worked, which is good enough.

lousy people, in the morning”
We went there to help with catching a plane. we told them we needed a shuttle, they were to put her name on the list, then told her when to be there, she was there the shuttle it went buy her, then when the next one came by, it made her wait for 8 hours at the air port, will never use a super again. I hope that she did not catch the corona virus waiting there
