Our room was clean. Staff was patient with other customers that were being very rude. They were friendly & professional checking us in, we needed help with our keycard not working right, they helped us quickly and again were very nice about it. We’d stay again. It’s not a great area but it’s close to Fremont st. and the Arts district which is cool.

I stayed for 2 nights at Super 8, Fremont street. Location is decent. Since I stayed on New Year’s Eve so pricing was high. Very basic amenities at the hotel. Was out of the hotel throughout the day so didn’t matter much. Comfortable bed. Even had make-up wipes in the bathroom. It would be better if they have someone at the reception 24 hrs. I returned to the hotel very late in the night after the new year celebrations at the Strip and my keys were not working. But there was no one at the reception who could help out. Thankfully, I saw one of the security person who helped with his master key. Overall, ok for those who would spend most of the time outside.

Key card slot was very flimsy and I had to "slowly" insert and take out key card. Hotel floor boards were creaky.

cheap for a reason”
Reservation was made online for Super 8 and without knowledge or consent, moved to Thunderbird "sister" hotel next door. Moved back without difficulty but this was just a taste of things to come. Upon arrival room was not ready despite a 3pm posted check in time. Once finally in the room, discovered the window screen was hanging out, ripped allowing a bee to greet us (severe allergy in the family). TV did not work. Twice we had to have our room keys reprogrammed because they had been "deactivated". On our last full day in Las Vegas, the electricity went out in half of the room and all of the hallways, causing back up generator lights to be used. Thanks to an insanely loud meth head guest down the hall, our sleep was interrupted at all hours for 2 days. We spent very little time in the hotel, which is why we didn't want to spend a lot for lodging. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for

The room is not bad but for foreigners, the area is very sketchy. The staff were very nice and very helpful. The room wall is very thin so if you are unlucky to be under or next to someone who walk and talks a lot you might not get a lot of sleep. overall would probably stay in other hotel unless you don't have other choices.

For a motel/hotel in the ghetto where the room smell, TV doesn't work and so much street noise as well as neighbors, this place should not be charging this rate.

This place is a dump. The staff are rude and not helpful at all. I was told they'd clean my room and never did I left my towels with them to get new ones and never got them . Place is horrible.

SCAM! Will charge extra additional fees to your credit card”
They charged my credit card with 4 additional fees I did not agree with (on top of amenities fees). They say they can't do anything about it and give a refund. Contacting my credit card right now to declare fraudulent activity and dispute the additional charges.
