We really love this hotel. Good price. Close to fashion outlet & niagara falls. The receptionist & kitchen staff are very helpful. Basic breakfast, clean room. Recommended.

Okay place but it needs repairs. ”
Pros - The staff was friendly and took care of any requests. There was a continental breakfast that included cereal, oatmeal, bagels, bananas, yogurt, mini muffins, mini cinnamon rolls, waffles, juice, and coffee. The lobby, breakfast area, room, and bathroom had been cleaned but the cons listed below took away from that. Cons - The sinks and tubs in all three of our rooms were extremely slow draining. Not sure if there is a plumbing issue going on. The drains are rusty and the tubs and sinks badly discolored, most likely from the rust. There is a damp feeling in the rooms and the smell of mold/mildew in the rooms and hallway. Some of the ceiling tiles in the hallway are discolored from water damage. There are obvious repairs needed. Overall it was okay but we all agreed that we would not stay here again.

1st time I have ever done this but feel the need to share. You can hear everything upper rooms are doing, finally at 1:30a.m I had enough of the constant noise and called front desk, only to be told they just checked in, not true as this had been ongoing for 2.5 hrs, pool does not open in a.m until 30mins before check out time, very inconvenient, breakfast has no healthy choices, other than bananas, tap in bathroom dripped all night, fan in bathroom is on same switch as light and fan is very very loud, beds were not to bad but also old.....on next shopping trip we will be sure to pay extra couple bucks at a much better hotel, I would not reccomend this hotel, there are several other choices in this town

Scary location, TV remote did not work. Very. Noisy, had to enter from rear, did not feel safe. Small breakfast area, very crowded no place to sit.

Hello James, Thank you for your comments. Every guest help us improve ourselves. I am sorry that you didn't like our location, Being near the Shopping and many dining choices. The remotes are tricky -we try our best to keep them all working. Entering thru the rear doors to be close to room -Parking area is well lit with LED lighting and close circuit cameras and safe area. I see you were visiting on July 4th Week -yes it was busy. We did do our best to keep the area clean. Thanks The Super 8 Team

location : very good 10 min drive to Niagara state park near Gas food supermarket Hotel : clean, big room and bed, feel safe, nice staff, pool. Breakfast : small zone - fruits bread cereal coffee Parking - many. Wifi - stable and fast Cons : sometimes bed makes. noise when move and noise from upstair room and beside room. Worth to stay .

Room was not smelling good and There were no pillow covers to pillows and saw hair on mattress.. no hot water.. others things were okay
