Paid for a clean room, it was not!”
Staff was struggling to check in other guests, check in took far too long for an already paid reservation. Room I was given had no towels, the trash was not emptied, the whole bathroom was dirty. The fridge and counter had white residue all over them and there were bottle caps all over the floor. In the middle of the night someone was trying to get into my room, the staff had told them the wrong room number, so they were trying to get into my room. Rude awakening! Also not a good location to stay during a snow storm. The parking lot blows in so bad you are unable to leave the lot and the exit doors are not kept clear of snow. Good thing there was not an emergency.
