Not at all like the pictures
Bathtub was rusty n gross.requested extra pillows n never received them.we got overcharged on our credit card n had to wait 7to 10 business days for our credit card to release our funds...that was a waste.registered for the wyndham rewards program n considering we booked to rooms for 3nights it states we have no points.wow!really?terrible!

Upgrades...downgraded my review
Food, access, comfy bed
Overall stay was ok. Had tons of trouble with their upgraded key system. Then newer AC unit would continuously turn off--was an energy saver, and was terrible at night. Carpet was seriously dirty.

Fine for a night when my flight was cancelled
After staying in a resort, snow meant my flight was cancelled. I had work to do and this hotel was fine for the night. Close enough to the strip though I felt a little unsafe when I went out of an evening to get some food. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise and internet worked well

okay. breakfast is severely lacking...needs a lot of work. Also, the shuttle failed to pick me up for 1 hour, called them 3x for update and they never picked up the phone! So I had to take public transport. Never coming back again!!
