Your regular night guy I can't remember his name but he's my favorite. He's very professional, respectful & extremely helpful. I stay here frequently & have dealt with most(if not all) of the staff here & they are all OK but the night guy is the best.

Very Basic”
The property is a little outdated, but room is clean and big enough for me. Being close to a mcdonald's, subway, convenience store and fred meyer has saved me from not recommending this for budget travellers.

Tired Motel”
Positives: Very pleasant staff. Cost of stay is half as much as hotels in town. Negatives: Thin sheets, old blanket, bathroom no toilet paper dispenser, tiny sink & cabinet, sink drains very slowly, shorty repair to shower curtain rod, no TV streaming (only cable TV), Dated and tired motel - at least 10 miles from downtown.

Not the best price for your money ”
It was clean ok. You could finger prints on the microwave and fridge. There was mold in the shower and hair in the toilet when we arrived. Also it was very dark in the room. Not enough lights. The people at the front desk were not nice or friendly. The bus driver would not respond to simple things like “hello” and “thank you”. We did sleep well. But we will not be staying there again.

If you have a rental car, this is the best spot in Juneau hands down. Clean, quiet, reliable, and free breakfast each morning! Stayed 7 nights and never had an issue. Awesome beds, friendly staff, and a safe, central location to explore hiking as well as downtown so long as you have a vehicle.

Location close to airport. Shuttle is reliable. You can ride the city bus to town during the week. Service more limited on weekends and Uber not typically available. Room was a good size and breakfast was basic but helpful.

Within walking distance to airport, fred meyer, restaurants, right across from the Breeze Inn. Free shuttle to the ferry terminal or airport! Forgot my hoodie in the shuttle and the driver drove back out to the ferry before it left to bring it to me! Will be my hotel of choice when I stay in Juneau next.

The owners of this hotel are a big part of my satisfaction in staying there. It is a hotel, but was more personal and welcoming than many home stays or B&B. Room was spotless and the small touches like shampoos and quality coffee and machine in the room were a welcome extra. Breakfast had a good variety of foods and as a coffee snob, it was quite good. 10/10 for me and I slept 200/365 days last year in hotels. Thanks for making me feel so welcome in Alaska!
