Giving all four stars because they manipulate ratings and remove 1,2 star ratings . But this places is shitty with lawn mowers drinking standing out side their doors. Chain should remove their franchise from this operator . Horrible .

So I went online and got my room paid in full. When I made it to the hotel the young man tells me that they were out of smoking rooms. I told him that I RSVP a smoking room how can y'all get rid of my room. The man tells me I can give you a non smoking room but I can't smoke. So I ask for the manager that's when the young man said okay I'll let you smoke in the since it was there fault for not saving the room I requested in the first place. So other than tht this room was okay.

They have a serious issue with the room card key. It would stop working every time! I was told it happens if you keep the keys close to your cellphone which doesn't make sense and has never happened anywhere else. There were lights out of order in the room, which we had called to complain and was told they're sending someone but they didn't. Luckily, one was just loose which I had to fix and the other one didn't have any bulb. I'll skip this next time.

I only recommend this hotel if you're short on cash or if you're traveling and need to rest. This hotel is only for one day. I recommend that you find somewhere else to go if you're looking for a longer stay

Upon entering I thought this would be ok. Once checked in I had to change room 3 times and ended up with a room I didn’t request. The staff was rude and refused to discount or refund my room. I will never visit this place again as they have random drug dealers and pimps on the back side along with families whom live at this location so the cleanliness was not there at all.

The young man at the front desk that works the night shift is very unprofessional”
The young man is very rude held my card because I asked him how long would it take after waiting 25 minutes for him to cancel a transaction he over talked me while trying to explain to him what the issue was. He was dishonest about his title when asked for his card because he told me he was a manager which was not try he gave me a plain piece of paper with his name signed on it. I would never rent here again. On the bright side I spoke with the real manage and he was very professional and apologize for the young man behavior.

Bad service! We had 2 rooms both had 4 people in them. We asked for extra towels house keeping was rude and act as if it was a big problem. I complain to front desk they would make sure we receive extra towels and we didnt. When there was ONLY 3 big towels and 2 face towels.. the other room needed another under blanket due to a accident house keeping took the old blanket and never replaced it. So the kids slept without. We was on vacation and will NEVER stay at this location AGAIN.

The room was nasty and smelled really bad. I turned around and left the moment I opened the door to the room. I asked for my money back and the guy said I could not get it back, I could only get another room. I left anyway. I was NOT going to stay there

Cockroach crawled on my girlfriends face while sleeping informed front desk immediately.. no action taken . Couldn't sleep rest of night. Management did nothing to make me feel as if I mattered.. after 30 plus stays at hotel in past 2 months I am very disgusted with treatment or lack of making me feel as a valued customer

The staff is awesome every time they see me they always remember me and they tell me "Glad to see you back". And they make sure my room is clean and the heat works.
