Great stay with a few minor drawbacks”

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, as we felt we got more than what we paid for. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and ensuring all our needs were met. The facilities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly like the buffet breakfast offered by the hotel as the miso soup and natto were my cup of tea. Also, the cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and we appreciated the effort put into maintaining a hygienic environment. The hot water in the showers was consistently hot, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The location was convenient, with plenty of shopping options nearby. However, the view from our room was disappointing, and the room size was a bit smaller than we expected. We got used to it quickly though, which the room turned out to be quite cozy to stay at, and the warm air-conditioning was fantastic. Despite some drawbacks, we would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional value, friendly staff and excellent facilities.

Great stay and good value”

Stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was good everyday and the staff was super nice and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out. The beds were comfortable. I also love that they had pajamas and allowed us to choose our pillow. The room is small as usual in Japan but good for two people. I also thought the layout was well thought out. Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend!

Perfect location and high stars service”

The hotel is less than 2 minutes of the Sensoji Temple and all it's restaurants and shopping .It is also less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest Subway Stop.ANd busses to choose from as well if you would prefer that option It is clean, has friendly staff and wonderful extra pets.Like free drinks at happy hours, your personal choice of pillow from a cabinet in the lobby and all the amenities you might have forgotten. We had the breakfast included option and that also paid off.Various choices in cold and hot foods and drinks and different variety every day. Highly recommendable.Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Very good”

Our family had a great stay at Super Hotel Asakusa. Friendly and accommodating staff - we commend the male staff who attended to all our needs (forgot to get his name but he was on duty when we checked out) , good breakfast, towels are changed daily, clean room although small, very near Sensoji temple, restaurants, train station and malls. Some suggestions for improvement: add fruits in breakfast spread, small trash can inside bathroom and lotion in room amenities.
