i made the perfect choice for my trip”
All the things that other travellers said was true but like an understatement. The breakfast was buffet and very substantial. Their measures to make up for covid situation were realistic and didnt impede on the enjoyment of the breakfast. I enjoyed the spa within the hotel. the staff were really friendly and nice and room was comfortable. It was small but it didnt matter. It did have a lot of useful gadgets in the room including an adapter to charge iphones or adroids on with a variety of connecters. I didnt need to use the shower in the room because I enjoyed using the public bath area every day. Only weak point which differs from what other people say is that I felt there was a limited amount of reasonably priced and nice places to eat nearby. this was partly due i guess to covid situation but i was disappointed. i spent a long time walking around and around trying to find somewhere to eat. the eating area seemed to mainly be izakayas and seemed similar to susukino in sapporo which i dont like because they seem mainly there for the alcohol rather than the food. I did find one nice place called benge in japanese where the food was reasonable and reasonably good tasting, staff were friendly. another good feature was the location. it is close to the station and right next to the bus terminal and bus stops to go to main tourist destinations.

Great location & Spacious Room”
I really enjoyed. Especially the location near to JR station (walk along at RHS) and bus terminal right below. And near to the main street (so you feel Safe & not lost walking to attractions). The room facilies of Super Hotel chain are wonderful & standard(this is my 2nd branch). The onsen is adequate too. Personally think its a nice staycation hotel also.

My favorite hotel by far from the two times I’ve visited Hokkaido. It’s new, the facilities are spotless, staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast is awesome and it’s a very short walk to the station. I absolutely loved my room.

Pros: excellent location - a few minutes walk from Kushiro JR Station. Check in and check out is a breeze. There’s no key card. You are given passcodes to enter your room. Cons: small room.

Recommended for a transit stay”
Staff service is first rate. It was raining and they lent me an umbrella. In the room was a personalised welcome message. However, being a small hotel, onsen was small (only 1 pool) and breakfast spread was limited. Recommended for a transit stay to visit other towns like the Akan area or Abashiri.

A Dependable “Landmark””
It always feel good & safe to be able to find your hotel easily. For Super Kushiro, you just have to look left from the moment you step out of the train station and you will be able to see the white building with big yellow signboard, hence it feels like a dependable landmark which you will never get lost. Very friendly staff who will try to differentiate from your expression or perhaps body gesture, if you are new or current guest and differ in their choice of greeting. Breakfast is not bad and you get to see trains and sky light up. Pillows to choose and small sample gifts for your stay. Don’t expect a big room but it’s comfortable enough.

Value for money, excellent location”
Right next to JR and Akan bus terminal. This hotel is clean and convenient. They provide free breakfast which is a bonus, as it saves us costs. The breakfast is simple fare of Jap style or western style, with coffee/ tea machine. There's a vending machine inside the hotel, it is good for cold winter nights as you may not want to venture out to get drinks. They also serves coffee/ tea (machine) whole day. Staffs are polite, and can speak basic English. It is definitely not luxurious, no view, a bit tight. But it is decent, comfortable, clean, and good value.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Dining area open for use if you bought takeaway food. Very clean rooms. Lots of charging adapters provided. Code number door lock so no issue of passing keys around. Breakfast is fantastic. Cons: Room is tiny. We are 2 adults and a kid and we got the bunk bed. Barely enough space to climb up the ladder to upper deck. Onsen is time-shared so fixed hours reserved for M/F use. Parking costs 500Y for the whole stay but we saw lots of free parking around the area.

Their staffs are very friendly and kind to respond guests questions. All facilities are reasonable standard by such grade hotel. Their breakfast service is good. The location is very close to station.

Great stay and memorable ”
Firstly, the breakfast is really excellent, I certainly missed the food now especially the drink selection. Imaging having the vending machine, more than 10 selection for free. Secondly, location is just beside the train station with a car rental shop near by in less than 2 minutes walk. The room is kept very clean and the security is very high tech. Will definitely come back again.
