Overall satisfied stay!”

I made my reservation quite early so i got a really good deal with breakfast. The some staff knows english which really helped in explaining all the needed facilities. They had free coffee and water! The onsen was great! They had laundry service for a fee. The location of the hotel was about 5min away from the train station, there was also a convenient store nearby. The restaurants though were quite far. We did have a day when we didn’t go anywhere, but wanted our room cleaned, so we informed the front desk that we’ll be waiting in the lobby, and they were kind enough to prioritize cleaning our room as we wait. We really appreciated that! A few things though that caught my attention.. we didn’t use the upper deck in our room, but despite having our room cleaned, the dust accumulated in the upper deck of our bed, so i guess they don’t wipe it? The breakfast was just okay, not too much of a selection and no fruits, and during a busy morning the rice ran out. I hope things improve on our next stay.

釧路のホテルはスーパーホテル1択”

まず、スタッフの方がすごいできる人。 この方は多分、今まで見てきたのホテルの職員で最もホスピタリティとかが優れている。客の動きをよく見ている。声も明るく元気で天職な感じ。 すごいなぁ。 ハード面でも　他のホテルは駐車場が足りてなかったり、立体式のタワーパーキングで車が並んで待ってるような中、すべて、平置きで駐車でき、しかもすべて、ホテルの真横。これは予約サイトの写真や　表示からはわからないため　意外と重要な要素だった。 2泊したけれど　同じスーパーウーマンがいて　まじ尊敬。 私も接客業だから　学ばせていただきたい。

１０月５日（土）の厚子のカキ祭りに行くために１０月４日にチェツクイン宿泊、いつもの事だが受付での対応がスムーズで丁寧！とても感じが良いです。お部屋で使う枕を受付前で数種類の中から選べます。サウナはありませんが男女別時間帯で温泉に入ることができ快適です。洗剤サービス0円洗濯機1回100円乾燥機100円で合計200円で旅行中の洗濯OKです。スーパーホテルの朝食は、バイキングなのですが必ずご当地の名物が１品入っておりスープカレーが最高！でした。また自分の旅先にスーパーホテルの空室があれば必ず宿泊させていただきます。快適な旅の生活ありがとうございました。

房間太小”

地點很好,附近就是和商市場,早知道日本酒店房間小,但這酒店比一般的還要窄,有不能移動的桌和卡位,廁所亦比一般的小,自問不太胖轉身也會碰牆,早餐選擇超越少,但服務都可以. 浸溫泉未能試,女生只能到8點,星期五六日好像也只到9點多,大部份時間也是男生才能去.

因為到達時間很晚結果跑錯間，以為是車站旁的那件，櫃檯先生很親切的幫我們指路還不斷跟我們道歉，即使拖大行李，走路時間也不會超過10分鐘，很近，不管男女員工都非常非常友善並主動提供各種資訊，房間雖然真的很小，但可以提供客人多選一個機能枕以及女性專屬保養用品真的各種細節都很貼心，溫泉澡堂也乾淨舒適，免費的早餐精緻用心，真的很讚！
