Home in Tokyo ”
After a long day walking in Tokyo, it is so nice to return to our room to relax, enjoy onsen etc, Enjoyed the walk from akasaka Mitsuke station to hotel on narrow roads surrounded by shops/restaurants. Many shops were closed during the new year hols. Great to have Donki (Picasso) and family mart nearby. As Unagi restaurants were closed, we had a sumptuous sashimi dinner instead nearby ( road behind Picasso). Breakfast at hotel was ample and delicious. Staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Thank you Super Hotel.
My favorite Tokyo Hotel”
The sheets are comfortable and my wife and I get the best sleep here. The staff also helped me book my wife's birthday dinner reservation in advance, the blinds can completely block out any sunlight. Excellence in every sense of the word.
Just a really, really well run hotel”
Stayed here for two weeks. Convenient location, helpful and friendly staff, solid amenities, very clean. It's not fancy and the rooms are compact, but it still felt nice and everything about the hotel seemed well thought out. Excellent bang for your buck. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Very happy with superior service of staff especially Maria Ozaki. The location is convenient.”
Location is convenient to 2 train stations: Asakasa and Asakasa Mitsuke and a 24 hr mini market, 7-11 stores, local eating places. Superior front desk staff made my family stay pleasant. They are very helpful, courteous especially Maria Ozaki. Thank you very much.
Great place to stay in Tokyo!”
Incredible stay. The staff is fantastic. They were all extremely helpful, and went the extra mile every time. Can't say enough good things about them. Besides that, the location is great. There are lots of food options around the hotel, and two subway lines are a short walk away. The hotel is very clean and smells great. The only problem was that the rooms are really small. We decided not to even shower in the room during our stay, we went down to the spa instead. The spa is such a valuable facility in a city like Tokyo. Our days were quite busy walking around the city, so coming home to the hot bath was a great way to relax. I'd definitely stay here again
Clean, convenient business hotel”
Recently I always use this hotel for my business trips. It is very centrally located, impeccably clean and has a hot spring bath. They also have a restaurant/coffee shop which is great for client meetings.
Small but very cozy&clean and feel like home”
It was a great experience. The room is very small and my husband and I had to give way whenever we need to pass through but that's fine because the perfomrance of staffs already covered the cons of the hotel. Location is good too.
Ottimo hotel in posizione strategica”
Great services & location”
Staffs of the hotel are hospitable and nice. They are really friendly to answer my questions . And I truly appreciate their services for me. It's a nice hotel that I would recommend to my friends .
The rooms are small (typical for Tokyo), but the location is wonderful with lots of great places to eat out nearby and great transit access. The staff were great. Tip: You have to bring up your own pillow from the lobby, and they sometimes run out! My partner and I spent our first night without pillows, so grab one as soon as you get there!
Worth the money”
Super Hotel Lohas Akasaka is a superb hotel that is worth your money. My room was clean--though small in area, all the facilities I needed were provided such as bathroom, TV, desk, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer. What I really liked the most was the selection of pillow--this hotel offers different kinds of pillows in different sizes and softness (I chose the one with beads inside :D). They also offer yukata, which was really comfy to wear. (Note: the pillow and yukata are just offered, not given :p) The location of the hotel is perfect as it is situated near train stations. There is also a lot of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores near it. In fact, there is a 7-11 beside the hotel. As for the staff, they were all friendly and accommodating. I will stay here again next time I go to Tokyo again! :)
Central location to tour the city”
Near to metro lines to tour the city, and within walking distance to limo bus to airport. Staff was responsive, cleaning was thorough, hot spring was interesting. Will definitely be coming back again.
Comfortable & Clean Rooms”
5mins walk to subway. Many cool bars & nice cafes in Akasaks area. 7-11 just downstairs. Central location, easy to find. Convenient transport, ease access by subway to Shinjuku, Shibuya etc areas. 10-15mins train rides.
Great Location, Very Clean, Close to Transport”
This place is great, the room and bathroom were bigger than other places we stayed in a similar price range. The public bath is also very nice and great way to relax day or night. Plenty of restaurants nearby with great food, as well as several convenience stores and other stuff to see in the immediate area. Also a nice 20 minute walk to Roppongi (an even shorter drunken walk back) to experience the night life there, or a 1000yen taxi ride back if you're feeling lazy. Close to two major train stations.
Nothing not to like”
We were pleased with almost everything this hotel offered. Location was outstanding, service was good, price was decent, there's even an onsen! - although it's artificial and small. The room we booked was not large, as is common in Tokyo, but the really comfortable and firm bed and the sturdy pillows helped me get a great night's rest! I also really enjoyed having the humidifier in the room that I could set up to my preference. Definitely staying here again next time I'm back in Tokyo!
Comfortable hotel, good value for money”
Hotel was 5 mins walk to nearest metro station, and near to Excel Tokyu hotel from which you can take the airport limo bus to Haneda airport. Located in Akasaka, lots of eating and drinking places just downstairs, some of which close later than 9pm so no shortage of options. It’s also just 3-4 metro stops to Omotesando and Shinjuku, where similar hotels easily cost at least twice as much, so definitely good value for money. Hotel was clean and bright, they pride themselves on using eco friendly materials and encouraging you to use only what u need. Wifi was fast. Only one public bath available, so men and women are scheduled at different times. Staff was friendly. Though they’re very strict about the check in time (no early check in strictly). Neighbourhood feels fairly safe so no worries getting to and from hotel at night. All in all a comfortable stay that wasn’t demanding on the wallet.
superb location, just ard 7 mins walk to both metro stations. only a few stations from main tourist attractions like shinjuku, shibuya, harajuku, tokyo station, etc. the bath is also great as it provided a good relaxation after a whole day of sightseeing and shopping
Great little hotel”
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and polite who spoke English. I had a wonderful stay as a solo traveller. The location is fantastic very close to metro and all the sites. The rooms are small but they all are in Japan. I loved the tiny little bathroom with a tub. The room was quiet and also very clean. There's a little refrigerator and kettle. I didn't try the spa but I had a bath in my room every single night. It was lush! Thank you Super Hotel Lohas! I would definitely stay again if I ever visit Tokyo again.
minimal and efficient ”
For the price, totally decent. But for business travel, not enough services to be ideal. You only get one very thin bath towel per day, and sometimes there was someone's hair in there. There was not even one sofa in the lobby. Good for budget travellers...
Good for your buck!!”
The stay was good, can use more English speaking staff. The room is small even for Tokyo standard, but it is meant for business hotel...understandable. There are rooms that are bigger...you'll need to ask. Overall, I like this place and would come back.
