There are nice hot spring services and facilities on the ground floor. It is a small hot spring area but it is very user friendly that there is a self help counter providing some face mask, body cream and cold gel pad for muscle sore. The room is small but tidy and clean. It was a very nice bedroom for sleep because the room can be very dark and quite, also the bed and pillows are very comfortable. However, the location of the hotel is just fair. It is far away from the Tennoji JR station and metro station. At least 15-20 minutes walk are required. It is tough when you carry a lot of baggages. Overall, I will recommend this hotel especially to people who prefer quite place then convience location, and enjoy hot spring.

A good choice if the room rate is competitive”
It is a bit off from Tennoji station though within walking distance; could be a concern if carrying big luggage. Room size is compact and acceptable with Japanese standard . Hot spring bath is quite good but very small, and it offers alternate time slots for men vs women. Complimentary breakfast is quite good but the dining area is small. It could be a good choice if the room rate is low.

I stayed at the Tennoji Super Hotel for only one night, but enjoyed it immensely. The staff were friendly and extremely patient with my questions (mostly in English and broken Japanese) and the facilities on the lobby floor were incredible. The baths were fairly immaculate and quite lovely! I intend to stay here again when I return to Osaka.

A little further from the station ”
Standard fare for one of the smaller Super Hotels but slightly further away from the station and up a slight incline. Their amenity selection isn't as good as the ones around Ikebukuro (Tokyo) though. Tennoji station is pretty convenient for day trips and stuff -JR! - and I quite liked the park area near the station too. All in all, a viable option if you don't need to stay in the thick of crowded/noisy Namba.

Ridiculous hotel”
I didn’t feel comfortable with this hotel despite the positive feedbacks here. The checkout time is 10:00 a.m. and the staff showed up knocking at your door at 10:00 sharp! They even asked why you were still here! This was so rude and impatient when travelers were still busy packing up! Besides, the room was way too small. And the breakfast ends at 9:00am which is way too early! Overall not a happy experience with this hotel.
