Super Hotel is Fantastic”
The location was quiet and yet in the heart of Kabukicho Shinjuku. Super clean. Wonderful staff. Really enjoyed the 2nd floor onsen. Everyone was wearing swimsuits when I visited although traditionally you don't! Time is allocated to women only and men only bathing. Free breakfast was such a bonus. Hot meat dishes, soup, rice, eggs, tofu, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, salad, noodles, beans, pastries, croissants, hot and cold drinks etc. We don't eat meat but there was plenty for us too. Choose your pillow (hard soft medium etc) and a dressing gown before you get in the elevator. 5 free gifts for women only each day (sachets of beauty products). In the room (small but that's Tokyo!) We had slippers, tissues, shampoo, body wash etc, TV, hot water jug, green tea, comfy bed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Small but Good”
I have booked 2 connecting rooms x4N for my family of 4. Beside the room is small till we have difficulty to place 2 big luggage in each room, we were happy with the rest. Good location, convenience, good service, friendly staff, nice Onsen and good breakfast. I will book Super Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho again if I am to stay in Shinjuku area the next time round.

Proximate location, good breakfast and amenities”
Super Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho was a superb location, about 10 mins to Nishi-Shinjuku metro station and about 10 mins to Shinjuku metro station. Check-in was relatively easy, room was small but comfy (less the pillows, sorry but we would have preferred cotton pillows), bf was a small spread but an eclectic mix of western and Japanese food. And everyone from the reception staff to the housekeepers were accommodating and friendly.

Worth 3-4 stars to me at least!”
I've been to Japan a few times, especially Tokyo, for leisure and business. My business trip this time clashed with the peak season, with everyone visiting Japan for sakura and Easter holiday, it was a headache for me to find a place to stay. With all my usual choices already fully booked, I searched for alternatives. Super Hotel is around 10 mins walk from the heart of Shinjuku, right in the heart of the Kabokicho. I was afraid the area was bad because it's famous for its nightlife, however, having walked through the place around midnight a few times, I didn't feel dangerous at all, actually, it was rather 'fun'. Anyway, the hotel is great, check-in and check-out is lightning fast, and all rooms have passcode locks, no need to bring more keys. My single room has a rather large bed, around 5ft x 6feet3 in size, for me it was really spacious. Room has air con as well as heat, not like some older hotels where you must suffer from heating even in the warm Spring sometimes. Toilet is not too small either. So yes, there must be something bad about each hotel right? I can point out 2 here. The breakfast area is very small, so you have to go down earlier to find a space or else you might really end up waiting. It has 14 floors, with around 8-10 rooms each floor, you can guess how many people there are to share the around 30 seats in the dining area. Lastly, the hotel only has one elevator, I had to wait 5 mins to get into the lift at night when everyone going back to hotel same time. Overall, I am happy.

Decent value for money”
Conveniently located near the lively center of Shinjuku Kabicho. We stayed for 4 nights. Train stations, convenience stores, restaurants, pubs and entertainment outlets are at a walking distance and the hotel is just outside the crowded center of Kabukicho. The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly. The included Western breakfast was not our favorite but with so many places to find great food, that was not a problem. The hotel has a natural spa that can be used free of charge but due to time constraints we did not try that. The beds were big enough for a couple but opening a check-in luggage leaves little space in the room. Overall it was clean, pleasantly quiet and yet nearby entertainment, restaurants, street food, pubs and convenient stores. A place we would recommend if staying in Shinjuku Kabukicho.

A Fantastic Stay at the Super Hotel”
This place is fantastic! Clean, modern rooms with comfortable, large beds. Just a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku JR Station, and 3 minute walk from Seibu-Shinjuku station. The hotel offers free buffet breakfast every morning with a great range of food options. The Super Hotel also has great laundry facilities (only 100 Yen to use the washing machines, the washing powder and dryers are complimentary). Above all, the staff are just wonderful. They make such a huge effort to help wherever they can, and always greet you with a friendly smile. This was my 7th visit to Shinjuku, and best hotel I've experienced by far.

Outstanding service”
The hotel is situated in Kabukicho which is 10 mins walk from Shinjuku metro station. The room is relatively big compared to Japanese standard. The staff was excellent and polite. The public bath is great and there is laundry room to wash your laundry. Highly recommend this hotel if you wish to stay in Shinjuku area.

Very nice hotel”
Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. All the staff were nice, room was clean, great facility and delicious breakfast. The only downside would be the location in Kabukicho where the building is right in the heart of red light district. Apart from that, everything was perfect. Oh yes, the window was soundproof - no noise from outside. If you are curious enough to see the other side of Shinjuku, this is definitely the place to stay.

Fantastic stay”
This place greatly exceeded our expectations. It was our first time in Tokyo and we were looking to stay somewhere centrally located. We are traveling on a budget so we look for the best deals we can for accommodations. This place had everything we needed. It was very clean, the service was spectacular. It is located very close to everything you would want to do in Shinjuku and walking distance to the train station that can take you anywhere in Tokyo or about. The wifi worked great in the room. All in all great experience. I would recommend to any traveler new to Tokyo .

very pleased. ”
I go on a trip to Japan every year at least once and sometimes twice for the past 10 years at least. This is one of the hotels that i will be more than happy to return to. First, it is located near Shinjuku JR station about 8 mins walk but along the way, there are lots of shops and restaurants so i never felt it is a long walk unless you are carrying two 50 pounds luggage. It is not very far to walk in Japanese standard. If you do not like to walk, you can always take a taxi. Second, the hotel is very nice and clean and compared with most hotels in this price range (I paid 75 per night), the room is pretty big. You cannot compare this to big Las Vegas hotels. I also go to Vegas 1-3 times a year and the hotels there definitely are so much larger. There is also a 24 hour ramen shop just in case you need a late night snack. Third, the hotels have a nice hot bath with organic body care products. You can definitely relax well. Fourth, the buffet breakfast is included. It has traditional Japanese style food as well as Western style. Overall, I think this hotel is very good for its price. As I said, I will not hesitate to return.

New Hotel, Clean and Very Recomended”
I enjoyed my time in this hotel. It's 10mins away from the nearest train station and from the central district of Kabukicho. I booked a single room and it's very comfortable. Probably because this hotel is relatively new, so all stuffs look great in a modern style. The price is not really expensive. If you are planning to stay in Kabukicho area, I strongly recommend this hotel.

Good facilities and service”
We had a good stay at Super Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho. We arrived early but staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to leave our luggage. The room was well-equipped but very small with basically no room to stash your suitcases, let alone open them! However it was clean, comfortable and very quiet at night despite the vibrant area. The WiFi was a bit ropey and slow, plus the shower lost power a couple of times, but these weren't major issues. It's nice to have access to an onsen in the hotel. The breakfast was tasty but more continental options would have been nice (e.g. some bread and fresh fruit). My only additional criticism would be the single-use plastic, especially for a hotel which abundantly advertises its green credentials! My wife was offered a 'ladies gift bag' on arrival, which was nice if a little presumptuous. It was crammed with individually packed accessories, most of which are superfluous. I'd suggest they consider curtailing this gesture - it's wasteful.

Value for money, nice & comfy room, will stay again”
Though located in kabukicho ( entertainment & red light district), dont worry, there's nothing outrageous on the streets. Its 10mins walk to Shinjuku station (with lotsa shopping stores through the walk) & ard 8 mins to Gion District, which was great to have a beer late night and walk back (without having to worry about taxi fare). Room was clean and cozy. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even gave us christmas tidbits goodie bag to celebrate xmas haha

Enjoyable stay”
The hotel is very clean and has every thing we need. The staff is really nice and the breakfast is delicious with many choices. The only thing which can be improved is its location. It takes around 10 to 15 mins to walk from/to JR station or Higashi Shinjuku station. It will be quite tiring when you are going back to the hotel after the whole day journey. But it is really close to Kabukicho. Afterall, we had an enjoyable stay in the hotel.

Exceptional”
Short walk to Shinjuku station and surrounding areas, very convenient. Room a bit small but quite practical and really clean. Free buffet breakfast daily is great and they always taste good. Overall it’s a good stay for us, will definitely stay at Super Hotel again if we come to Tokyo.

Breakfast and onsen included in hotel”
Super hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho is very clean and comfortable. Our stay for 4 nights are very fantastic. It includes breakfast and onsen so you can save your money for that. Hower the hotel a bit far from Shinjuku station, but you can go to Shin-Okubo station, which is nearer (about 700 m. compared with about 1 km. from Shinjuku station) and also less crowed than Shinjuku station.

Good budget hotel near Shinjuku ”
This is a very nice budget hotel near Shinjuku station. Though location is not that near, about 10 mins walk once familiar, and it's located in the red light district, it is not really a problem. Plenty of affordable eateries nearby. Nobody disturbs us when we walk on the road at night even if it's very late around 11pm. Hotel free breakfast was very good with variety, with some minor changes everyday as it includes Japanese and a bit of western. At least there is basic food like rice, bread, pastries, soup, salad and fruits everyday. Love it! Rooms are very clean, though very small with hardly any space to walk but all necessities are provided. The hot carbonated public bath is a bonus. Everyday I love to go for a soak after a long day out. Only minus point is the room too small, no space to open up luggage and even put luggage. Will come back again if I return to Tokyo.

one of the best hotels in Shijuku”
The price was reasonable to me. The position is a little bit far from station but is adjacent to Kabukicho. All the things in my room were nice and clean, and the hotel also provided several different kind of pillows letting people to choose what they need. I was impressed by people who work in this hotel are extremely enthusiastic about their job. Especially the two ladies in dining room not only offered tasty breakfast, but also dynamic passion.
