A great hotel in general!”
Great location - it is literally opposite Tottori station, very easy to find. Value for money - though the room is small, it still feels very homey and most importantly, it is very clean. You get to choose extra pillows at the reception counter for your comfort, subject to availability. There were free Tottori snacks given to you if you return the toothbrush to the counter. The breakfast spread was amazing! There were so many food available and it’s really worth waking up for! The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. It is a great hotel that I will come back to!

Superb stay in Super Hotel”
The staff were amazing! Everything was explained well, the room was super clean and neat. The television was big and very clear. The toiletries were great too! The breakfast was basic but more than enough to fill you up. I think this is the closest hotel to Tottori Station. Literally just across the station. Had a really nice stay!

Great location and service!”
Location is great and just near JR station. Few convenience stores can be reached in few mins. During my stay, i was sick and need to call for an ambulance. The male receiptionist was helpful and tried his best to help us. We forgot to ask his name but we really want to thanks him.

breakfast provided is very good. staff is polite and friendly. like the fact that the hotel room doors are unlocked by pin. no need to carry room key card around and no check out procedure required. location is good too!

The hotel is just two minutes walk away from the Totori Station. The room is a bit small for our group of three but it was clean and the staff are all very nice and accommodating so everything is okay. I will definitely stay here again and maybe try there other branches spread all over Japan as well.

Location, staff, price, cleanliness everything is good. Specially staff, they are soooo nice and helpful. Also, i really like they provide different type of pillow for choose. Unfortunately their restaurant was out of service during my stay, heard their meals are good too.

Fabulous Experience”
Pros: excellent location,3 mins walk directly opposite Tottori Station. Room, though small was very clean with clean bedsheet and pillows. Toiletries were replenished daily. Staff was super helpful and polite. They could speak a little English. Cons: a small fee charged for elevator parkjng of car- ¥500 per night. When we were there in June, hotel's ground floor was undergoing renovation hence no hot breakfast as was supposed to be included in our booking. They gave guest bento box for breakfast instead.

Lovely little hotel”
I enjoyed my stay at Super Hotel Tottori Ekimae and would come back. The location is just next to Tottori Station so it's really convenient. While it's not on the side of Tottori Station with the main food street, Aeon Mall is just a short walk away. Breakfast is good with a range of options (it's not a mass buffet but more towards home cooked food style :) ). Cosy lounge to have breakfast in which can get crowded on weekends. Only thing is that breakfast ends pretty early at 0830 sharp. The staff were very helpful & friendly too. Room is really small though so if you have 2 big luggages, it will be a squeeze to open both at the same time. Overall, great job by the people at Super Hotel Tottori Ekimae! I hope to be back to Tottori again. It's a lovely place.

Nice budget hotel”
This hotel is close to jr station, only 1-2 minutes walk. Its also close to an Aeon mall so its convenient to buy any daily products. The room is usual small size and everything look new. The bathroom is extremely small and difficult to use. Pillow is in very strange shape so its better to get another one from reception. Sound insulation is bad, can hear every noise from other guests. Usually it gets quiet from 2300 to 0600 so its acceptable for me. Wifi signal is strong and reliable, the shampoo/soap provided are good. Breakfast is free, simple but sufficient for you to start the day. All in all this is a good hotel to stay.

Hotel room and the building is very small but it's very comfortable and clean only the pillows are very uncomfortable, even hotel provides few different kinds of pillow for the customer to choose, still can't sleep well with the pillow , hope they can improve in the future, the complimentary coffee is very nice too

Smoking room given despite request non-smoking room. The room is just like filled with poisonous gas”
I and my family cannot breath normally in the room. Also smoke smell on lift and corridor. It is not just the matter with the smell, it is hazardous to health. I think it it haven in the lobby and hell in the room. Ridicous no room can be changed. Staff can just help with the deodourant .Don't choose this hotel if you are not a smoker or got respiratory problem.

The hotel was close to the Main Street & train station. Parking at the hotel was convenient with a small charge. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was impressed about their choices for pillow & skin products available for residents’ selection. The hotel room was quite small. As we only stayed for 1 night, so it didn’t bother us too much.
