The staff were very friendly and cleaned the room every morning, including making the bed, cleaning the bathroom, and taking out the trash. The room was spacious enough to fit four 26-inch suitcases. The breakfast was delicious and of high quality. However, the pillows provided were too high, so it's recommended to get pillows from the first floor.

We stayed for 4 nights. Clean & comfortable room. We love the healthy breakfast provided by hotel. Nice coffee & orange juice. You may get free warm pad for hand at hotel lobby. Hotel also provided free onsen bath salt. Staff very friendly & helpful. Location is great, nearby lots of restaurant & tourist attractions. We will come back to this hotel again for our future trip.

Simple hotel included healthy breakfast. Just hope that the room is thoroughly clean including the hidden area eg. refrigerator area, and the microwave should be cleaned everyday. Very nice staffs.

The staff who checked us in was so polite and very accommodating. The rooms are being cleaned everyday. The breakfast is great considering they are organic. I would highly recommend Super Hotel with its perfect location and cleanliness. If I will go back to Japan I would be staying here again.

I really recommend this hotel. It locates near a convenience store, Okachimachi station, Ueno station, and Ameyokocho - a wonderful place to walk around and enjoy street food or shopping. On the other hand, this hotel is so well-prepared in terms of Covid-19, including hand sanitation liquid, and bento boxes instead of usual buffet breakfast. Employees in this hotel are so nice and they gave us very good service.

Located just a 4 min walk from the Okachimachi Station, it is the perfect location that is nearby Ameyoko street. The rooms are cosy with good air con and great water pressure! We had a really good night sleep - you can choose your own pillows from the lobby along with toiletries. The free breakfast is basic but it is ample to fill up your tummy. Would definitely stay here again next time!
