The room is quite clean, but there are ants, so I'm afraid to put food on the table. Also, the TV has no channels, I hope it can be set up so that guests can watch TV. The AC is leaking water. Since I like fragrances, I would appreciate it if the room could be scented, and I hope there is a clothesline on the balcony so that I can dry my clothes there.

The air-conditioning unit is not cold even at the coolest setting. Maybe it needs more freon or the AC unit is too old and needs an upgrade. Blackout happened for more than 12 hrs in the first room I was given prior to getting moved the next day to a different unit, and generator power was limited to the elevator lift and lobby. Internet/ WiFi in the room is not stable. Had to go to the Pakuwon Mall often to get cafe WiFi. Unit owner granted requested to disinfect the room properly. Location is very convenient for Pakuwon Mall shopping. Double-booking by the unit owner using multiple rental apps was a hassle but the residents in the Orchard Tanglin Residence are kind and friendly and helped us get in touch with the owner who only responds via WhatsApp and NEVER replied via email or the Agoda chat app feature. If you need to save money for a few days of stay, this is still an excellent choice, but I don't recommend it for long-term staycations. It is clean and has a functional mini kitchen.

(-)Gak ada handuk,bantalnya sudah bisa di ganti, busanya udah abis,sabun shampo jg gak ada, wifi nya jaringan jelek, apartemennya agak kotor sih(banyak semut,dan serbuk2 kayu dari furniture nya). Di harga segini, banyak apartemen di Pakuwon yg fasilitasnya di kamarnya lebih lengkap.air panasnya jg gak berfungsi (+) lokasinya pas di mall, ada kompor portable dan gasnya.

Dengan harga gini, banyak kok apartemen di tanglin atau orchard yg fasilitas di kamarnya lebih lengkap. Harus deposit 400rb dan katanya di balikin 24 jam setelah check out dan check semuanya, ini sudah 2 minggu dari saya check out gak ada info -gak ada handuk -gak ada sabun -apartemennya kotor -jemuran udah karatan -bantal tipisss banget -adminnya slow respon banget.
