Old but great value”
This hotel was great value. While it is a bit old the rooms are quite big and the TVs and all channels work fine. Fridge works and was clean as well as the beds being nice. AC strong. Didn't know by pool they meant Olympic size pool! With kids pool and a jungle gym for kids. Also didn't know by fitness centre they meant full sized Gym with all the good stuff. Need to get rid of carpet and change aircon filters but perfect for keeping up your fitness regime. Location is walking distance to the big shops with everything too. Breakfast was good enough too. Over all, great value and really enjoyed ourselves there.

A good stay”
In overall it was a nice stay, the hotel staff are friendly, easy cek in and out facilities is good, surrounding by shopping mall and since the hotel located in city center so it's easy to go or walk around. The hotel design is old with some parts that noticable need some repairment. We're not received towel in the bathroom and compliment drinking water when arrived but with a phone call they'll provide it. The food just ordinary taste, we tried breakfast menu, also order a few meals like french fries, fried banana, fried dory fish, spaghetti and fried noodle also coffee latte and juice as drinks. The room itself is considered a big room since with sufficient ammenities but since the room located at 2nd floor and facing directly to the road it might not comforting for some traveller as a bit noisy from traffic and people shouting

Classic hotel and everything was good except that the bed type isn't the same as I ordered. I ordered queen bed because I came alone but they give me twin, it's kinda annoying. I already make it clear in the app that I ordered double bed not twin bed. everything else was fine

Oldschool but Comfortable Hotel”
My wife and i stayed here for 1 night. I stayed at Business Suite Room. The room has living room, big bathroom, king bed, big wardrobe. Maybe they can improve their TV Channel because it isn't clear and upgrade the wifi speed. Breakfast good and complete. the Gym very oldschool but complete. The changing room should get their attention and need to renovate. Overall Good.

This is the first time i stayed in SS though I came to Surabaya many times. This hotel is surprisingly nice and "homey" though a few things also need to be done, especially about the breakfast menu. But, overall I recommend it as a pleasant hotel to stay.

Great hotel for a solo traveller like me, situated right next to a mall and in a city centre. ”
Hotel cleanliness is fine, water heater works well. The aircond is super cold, had to use 3 layers of PJ to sleep. Requested late checkout and charged Rp165k which is reasonable. Will recommend this hotel to my friends.

I had a pleasant stay at the Surabaya Suites. The facilities are dated and worn, but they keep the place clean, the room was spacious with a good desk to work from, and the breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from. The 50m long swimming pool was the highlight. I was able to do laps and get in a good workout every morning, and that made my stay. The pool is open to the public and the changing rooms are a bit grotty, but the water is fine. There's mall food next door, and it's fairly well located 15mins walk from Tunjungan area.

Good hotel in central Surabaya, near with Mall & Submarine monument. Food standard for 4 stars hotel. Large room, clean bathroom and old style interior. Overall its a great place to stay. Outdoor parking lot is quite small. Overall its a nice place to stay

+ Smookers welcome (smooking room and cafe). - In particular room mobile phone signal very low. Very valueable for money, considering they have spacious (very) room, clean and tidy. I dont see pool available but location near Plaza Surabaya.
