The stay offered a comfortable atmosphere with clean rooms and friendly staff, making it a pleasant experience overall. Amenities were solid, ensuring a good level of comfort during the visit, but the location wasn't ideal for shopping, and parking was a bit tricky. Wi-Fi connectivity could use some enhancement as well, which detracted from the convenience. Overall, a decent option with nice facilities but some areas needing attention.
I stayed for a week. It is priced according to the facilities. Bathroom was clean and so was the bed. Room service can be requested daily. Better toiletaries could make things even better.
Stayed in June 2025. I requested the staff to clean room everyday which they complied. Rooms are reasonably big. Hotel is close to bus stop and many restaurants and eateries.
I had recently stayed in the hotel for a business travel. I was primarily looking for a clean place to stay overnight and get refreshed. To which, the hotel fits perfectly. The location is amazing with lot of food options and other shops as well.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was good, but there are a few areas that need improvement. Despite making a request, room cleaning was not carried out during the stay, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the air conditioner was not functioning efficiently, affecting the comfort level. Another point worth mentioning is the water bottle policy. The hotel provides only one 1-liter water bottle per day as a complimentary service, and any additional bottles are chargeable. It would be more customer-friendly if at least two bottles were provided daily as a standard. That said, the rest of the aspects were manageable. The hotel is located in a strategic and convenient area with easy access to all necessary amenities. A variety of restaurants are available nearby, which is a major plus. In summary, while the stay was generally comfortable, addressing these few issues could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
