Payment Policy: A valid credit or debit card must be used to guarantee a reservation. On the day of arrival, the card on file will be charged the first night's room and tax if the guest has not arrived by 19:00. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and re-book the room to another guest if the card is declined. Please call the front desk for a late arrival.
If paying by cash, the hotel will collect the grand total of the stay (room and tax) plus a deposit fee on a credit or debit card for room charges and incidentals. Please note it may take up to 15 banking days to release funds back to you depending on your financial institution.
Pre-Authorization: In the case where a 3rd party is paying for the guest’s room, a pre-authorization form must be completed and returned to the hotel before guest Check-in. Contact the front desk to obtain this form
Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping is allowed in any rooms, balconies, or common areas. A fee may result if evidence of smoking in a room is discovered.
Damage policy: Damage to the Property, including Guest rooms, linens, fixtures, furnishings, artwork or décor will result in a fee for the replacement value or necessary cleaning.
Lost and Found policy: All lost and found items are stored by our Housekeeping department and may be shipped to the guest at the guest’s expense. Items will be kept for a period of 30 days and then be disposed of or given to charity.
Late Check out Policy: Late checkout may incur additional fees.
