Best deal ever! ”

This place was a lucky find. I can't believe we chanced upon such an awesome deal! The room is big and cosy! It was really clean. The private onsen was amazing and had an awesome view. Made full use of it! Once in the morning and once before dinner! You definitely have to get the breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food was amazing! Their own speciality sauces are great! Free flow of drinks! All kinds of drinks! The staff there were really friendly. My husband is very new to Japanese culture, he wanted to know everything and they were happy to answer all his questions. Even to the point of introducing us to an alcohol shop to get nice sake. Being a tourist spot, alot of things were in English, which was very helpful! Staff spoke English as well. Location wise, I think it's great. We were near the ropeway and sightseeing boat area at Lake Ashi. There's a busstop with 2 busses that come by. 1 goes to the premium outlet at Hakone and the other bus goes to the main interchange (Odawara). Pretty convinient! There's a family mart super right next to the hotel. This hotel is perfect to relax and enjoy the onsen and sights around.

This hotel was fantastic! me and my partner had a brilliant stay here, the private Onsens are great and the rooms are clean and tidy. The heating in the room ensures it stays nice and comfy for when you are done bathing and the beds are very comfy. The food was lovely both breakfast and dinner and there was so much we couldn't finish it. Its great value. Also the drinks are self serve all you can drink, perfect for a few beers with dinner. The level of relaxation you get at this hotel cannot be understated, I will be staying again.

Great staying, amazing stuff!!!”

The hotel and the room and the onsen is beautiful traditional Japanese style with modern touch. The private onsen in the room is a real pleasure! But i must to say that stuff is the real deal here! something that even in Japan (that everyone is so polite and nice) was really impressive. I would like to point on 3 things: 1. We are vegetarians. The chief mad just for use different menu, made every they with other tasty dishes. ‌2. There was really hard typhoon at the time we stayed. the stuff act as a professional team! Move gests that slept in 1 floor rooms to higher floors, move the kitchen, dried with pumps the all the hotel area and make the gests to feel safe and relax. ‌3. The most impressive one- Because the typhoon busses and trains weren't worked. stuff member took us with is own private car 45 minutes to our next destination! stopped for us in the way that we will take pictures of mount Fuji and didn't agree that we will pay him in the and! Unbelievable ‌we really recommed!

Prefect place to relax”

The main building was out of service due to unstable electricity caused by the typhoon no.19. Hope things will recover soon. The place is quite with a nice mountain view. The annex building is fresh and new. The room is clean and nice, equip with the private onsen. Prefect place to relax. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Stayed for two nights, the dinner and breakfast is different for the second day. Both are very delicious. Would definitely recommend to stay in here.

We loved our stay here. We were traveling on our honeymoon and were looking for the perfect onsen. This one was great for us - since we both have tattoos, we loved that the hotel had private baths in each room that we could enjoy together. We also requested massages while here, which were excellent! We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner here that were amazing. I am vegetarian and they made a spectacular meal for me!
