Idyllic island getaway”
The rooms are really nice & clean. The staff helped to arrange a surprise birthday party for one of us & they really went out of their way to make the birthday a successful surprise plus the serenading by the The 3 musicians was a plus to make the birthday boy’s day. The food was good too and there’s always something to do there. Highly recommended & would love to stay here again one day. Thank you to the awesome staff Azrul, Aqila, Farra, Kelvin, Azlan and the chefs for making our stay an unforgettable & amazing one.

Worth for money”
We was staying at beach suite with 2 way boat transfer . room is big with beautiful sea view .. The sea is very clean and we can enjoy the water activities like parasailing , banana boat. Ensure take the package for sea walk , can see Nemo and they will take video and photo of us , once we complete 30min sea walk, they will transfer all those video and picture to us so no need to worry If u never bring phone along ... Got swimming pool also .. Life guards always in standby mode so u can enjoy in sea even though don't know swimming (ensure wear life jacket, free for those staying). 630pm can view a beautiful sunset and 6am can view sunrise ... We even saw big female shark in the early morning ... So sleep early and wake up early so that u can enjoy the beauty of nature.. They have their own restaurant , food taste good but not much choices . the staff are very kind and polite ... They ensure we are completely comfortable . once book the hotel we fix the ferry transfer time also since our return flight at 12pm . they ensure we reach the harbour on time , their ferry is flexible ... Me and my husband really enjoyed staying here .. Its really worth for money ..

Phenomenal service 👍”
The best thing about this trip was the staff’s phenomenal service, especially from Mr Redzuan. He was with us from the beginning of the journey to Manukan island until the final return trip to Marina jetty. They also provided a wheelchair for my dad who had a stroke a few months ago but could walk, except his osteoarthritis plus gout attack had caused him some difficulty walking on that particular day. All the staff on the island had been very accommodating in ensuring my dad’s comfort. Mr Redzuan and also Mr Azrul went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The dinner was great with the beautiful serenading from the three gentlemen. The breakfast meal on the following morning was fulfilling with endless coffee/tea and juice/milk that we could order. Lunch (mamak mee and neopolitan spaghetti for my parents) was delicious while we waited for our boat ride back to KK. Highly recommend to anyone with elderly parents to come here and stay a night or two. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Even the extra mattress. The toilet which consisted of the wet and dry area was huge. The entire beach house was clean and lovely. Except the phone in my room that I shared with my sister had a nest of ants residing there for god knows how long. But the staff quickly replaced the phone. There were some snakes at our stairs and we were told they were harmless. The security guard had quickly remove them. So expect to share your balcony and stairs with non-poisonous snakes and non-harmful carpenter’s bees. At night it was so peaceful and in the morning, all I could hear was the sound of waves. This place is perfect for a weekend getaway if you don’t mind sharing the beach with outsiders but by 3-4pm, you get the beach to yourself even up until the next morning. My family and I went to soak in the morning sea and had tea on the beach. I felt that had been the most pleasant morning we had had since the pandemic. Best view and room design”
The room is double storey. Sitting at the balcony to see the sea. It was an awesome experience. It is quiet at night, good for sleep. There is private beach for the hotel customers. Staff is helpful. Facilities are good. However, there is no WiFi available, and cellular line may not be strong too. Therefore, enjoy your holidays there with view and relax. Another issue was when I booked the room via Agoda. On the day itself, the staff told us that there was no record from Agoda to them. Well, I don't know what is the exact problem but luckily we got the printout and showed them. Perhaps it is better to book directly from the hotel website (which I found out cheaper) or via other platform (to prevent no record).

What a memorable stay at manukan”
The staffs are simply wonderful and so friendly, always smiling and ready to help, cant thank you enough. My kids love the private beach, we swim so much, ended up with sunburn, haha. The hillside villa gave us amazing views so we spent long time staring at the blue waters and taking pictures. Food choice is limited, actually if they can tone down the fanciness and offer simple asian dishes like chicken soup with rice, i think it would be better even for the foreign guests. After all, you get bored with steaks and chops after few days, especially after doing physical activities, a simple comfort food is preferable instead. But i highly appreciate their thoughtfulness, they even complied with my request for more french fries for my toddler during dinner course. Their boat service is on time too. A rustic version of Maldives would be what i sum it up the best!

If you want to get away with the noise in the city this would be the best option for you. I love how they are so accommodating to my family’s requests. Theyre proactive too in letting us the know the weather on the days of our stay, so we can plan ahead. I also love the food. Though they didn’t have much options.

Absolutely Perfect”
Booked a hillside lodge for two nights. Absolutely blown away by this beautiful little Island. From the transfer across in the boat to welcome greeting on the pier we were made to feel like royalty. We travel a lot and stay in wonderful hotels but the villa exceeded our expectations...as did the service we received. Immaculately clean, soft music and candles to greet us when we entered our lodge. The view was spectacular, the bed was so comfy ..not to mention those pillows...where did they find the.! The food in the resteraunt was lovely and the breakfast was wonderful. Lovely private beach and very peaceful, especially in the evening when day trippers have left. We loved this and hope to visit again...and back to Lodge 15. Only thing that would have enhanced our stay would have been massage service to allow indulging a little bit more. Special mention to all the staff on the Island who go out there way to ensure your stay is nothing short of perfection

Nice and pleasant stay!”
First of all, people from Sabah are so nice and friendly. The staffs are extremely helpful and nice. We stayed one night, so after the activity, we had the seafood steamboat for dinner. The next day morning, we walked around and the view is awesome. Then we had our breakfast and get ready to leave. Some people just came for the island hopping, but if you are not in a rush and would like to stay for a night, this is definitely a nice place to stay. :)

Tranquility Serenity Peaceful (after the day tourist leaves the island) Excellent staff. Thumbs up to Beatrice, Edna, Arif and the rest of the staff force that runs the place. Always cheerful and happy. Guest are treated well (or May I say pampered) with their hospitality and warmth welcome. Rooms are clean but do need some touch up. The food at Arang Restaurant was good and the chef did go for an extra mile for last my minute request. Overall it’s highly recommended for a island holiday here. ( Btw don’t forget to bring along your sun-lotion and insect repellent 😀)

Snorkel in front of your beach chalet ”
Our family had a wonderful time ! Situated only 30mins away fm KKIA to the 2nd largest island in the marine park. The beach chalets are well appointed, spacious & comfortable and you can snorkel right in front (weather permitting with lots of fishes and corals) however, do protect yourself from the sand flies on the beach and try to snorkel earlier in the day or late afternoon before/after all the day trippers arrive/leave the island. As the only resort on the island you have only one restaurant on the island for your evening meals. Staff are welcoming. Peaceful and quiet not for the adrenaline junkie looking for noisy beach activities. There was a jungle trek but the trail was closed due to fallen trees.

The island and the beach is absolutely stunning. Clear crystal blue sea with schools of fishes, sandy white clean beach. Stayed at beach suite; room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Both sunset and sunrise is something you should really look forward too, it’s magical. Hotel staff goes above and beyond, helpful and friendly. Food is great and delicious! Got serenade during dinner was cherry on top! Will be coming back for sure.

We booked for Beach Villa but when we arrived, we were told that our room was not available anymore and they needed to change the room for us. Turns out our room was upgraded to the Hillside Villa which was far better than what we have booked and far more expensive. We had such a great time there. The island was quiet and private at the area where we stayed so it made the experience more personal and fun. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

A Heaven on the Earth”
I have been to Manukan on day tours on several occasions. It was fun-filled day tour only. This time on the eve of the Christmas, the lodge was within my effort (normally it is bit costly). Believe me or not, everyone should try a night stay there. Its outlook is completely different. It was so serene and heavenly I cannot explain in my words. I am planning a 2 nights stay tour in near future (will wait for the price to be within my reach :))

We are 4 people were staying for 4night at two different villa, rooms are very cleaning ,Stuff are kindly, and We Met the manager who name is Adamz, he is handsome man ,we were had very good conversation at New Years dinner. The rescption can’t pay for the bill after that they sent a stuff came with us for a ATM .took cash pay for it. All good! They are friendly ,next time will go again.

Pros: 1. Beach Villa 1A&B - Located right after the entrance, comfortable walking distance to the facilities around, thus suited my eldery father with heart problem perfectly (unlike steeper and faraway hillside villa) 2. Pretty and cozy villa with patio 3. Nice and friendly staffs Cons: 1. Limited schedule for boat in to Manukan Island. (last being 11.30am on Sunday whilst check in time is 2pm). Can charter own boat from Sutera Harbour Marina at rm250 per way (vehicle can be parked at Sutera Marina Club parking free of charge) 2. Located in front of beach accessible to public(less privacy during daytime), unlike hillside villa with private beach just in front 3. Less foods selection from the restaurant menu(speaking about Arang restaurant since Perahu restaurant will only be opened during raining), with above average price (1 meal costs around rm30 with rm10-15 for a drink) 4. Trail walking to the sunset is not well maintained
