Feels like a hidden gem”
We had a quiet holiday in a cottage on a large property. We drove to the old town for a leisurely meal when we got bored. We also went to Kata Beach to enjoy the beach resort. The location, facilities, and staff's smiles were all very good for a relaxing time in Phuket.

We stayed in a jacuzzi villa and the tub is such a bonus! Love the outdoor scenary. The place is big and full of luscious plants. We took the buggy to train at the chalong gym stretch. Definitely value for money!!

Best for couple and excellent service”
The room is equipped with spa room, steam room and Jacuzzi. The room is spacious and clean. Welcome drink and flower is given during arrival. The receptionist is very friendly and the staff has extremely good command of English. The facilities is fully-equipped and in good condition. Shuttle bus to specific place is provided free of charge. The food for room service is fast and still warm.

pretty much cool and comfortable stay.To be honest did not spend much time at the hotel as we were busy in activities during the day.we really liked the whole design of the hotel especially 1 st floor (where spa is). This is coll spot to spend some time around.It would have been perfect if we had a small kitchen in our room.Apart from that no problems.Pleasant location friendly staff.

Lovely rooms with great service”
Nice hotel where staff are very helpful and very friendly. Rooms are spacious and very nice! Food was very cheap compared to other 5 star hotels. Location is in the middle of phuket so not close to any beaches but we rented a scooter from the hotel and explored nearby attractions.

Very relaxing atmosphere... and high class ”
I booked the jacuzzi villa and Its very impressive. Big room devided into 5 small rooms.. toilet seperated from rain shower room, steam room is just next to shower, the fridge is seperated in another small room, bed room in perfect size with large private balcony.. and my favourite room is spa room where contanis two spa beds and a big clean jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and gentle. Welcome drink is tasty. Only The buffet breakfast is tasteless ... need to be improved.

Nice room, shame about the service”
Stayed for 4 nights in this hotel, the jacuzzi and steam room are excellent. However with more than 20 times of travelling to Thailand and staying in different hotels/resorts I have to say this one give the WORST service ever. What a shame. Breakfast was limiting unlike what your would get from other hotels/resorts in Thailand. The front desk man/ receptionist was AWFULLY RUDE. I would actually use the word 'disgusting'. Definitely won't be back again. We didn't get the warm Thai welcome from this hotel, it really is a shame as it sells as a 'wellness' hotel but in reality it got our holiday to a very bad start. Glad we are now in another hotel with TOP service in the end! In theory this is a day spa centre so we had very high expectations with its spa treatment but it was just okay, would actully say it's below par. We paid for 2 hours treatment but only got 1 1/2 hours, I really don't know why?

Sauna room not functioning”
When I booked the hotel, I was pretty sure that the room comes with Jacuzzi and sauna room and that was the reason I picked this hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights and the room "Does" have the sauna room. However, the sauna room was not function since the first days we arrived. We ringed up the staff and checked. Their response was only "Sorry, sauna in all the rooms not working". I would not spend HKD$9xx for a room like this. There are plenty of choices that comes with Jacuzzi at cheaper prices. I was upset and I ringed up AGODA customer hotline for enquiry. The response from agoda was even WORSE!!!! The staff told me my booking is only "Room with JACUZZI" but not with sauna. She was so not helpful!!!!!!!!! She was so "Right" that I cant find the word " sauna" does not exist but that is not true. Adoda website has been updated and no more room comes with sauna anymore. FYI, we caught 3 mosquitoes in 3 days times, with few super size ants, and a tiny lizard. The room was clean and huge. However, walking distance from hotel lobby and our room was fairly far, especially when u are carrying luggage.

Nicely built hotel and biggest room I stayed ever”
they have 2 room types only, somehow they have different room type NAME publishing, e.g. Villa With Spa Bath and Jacuzzi Villa, thus, I paid more for Jacuzzi villa at different online agent but they are same type of room. i think they have about 30 Villa with Spa Bath room, plus 4 DELUXE spa bath villa with special name Champaka, Jasmine, Rose & Orchid these 4 room has bigger room and wooden bench chair etc different. most staff speaks OK English. only one restaurant close at 20:30 every night. in room massage cost over 3000bhat and i am kindly suggest NOT to let therapiest step on female client's back. I experience and I felt funny back and waist afterward.

Beautiful Villas ... amazing Spa Features”
We only ended up staying one night, due to other circumstances, but was special. The place has a fully equipped Spa inside the villa, with Steam room and a huge Jacuzzi, two massage tables ...and a beautiful large veranda. Was very nice.

Magic by Night, Tragic by Day”
This was a disappointing night - the first night of our honeymoon. We arrived fairly late due to bad weather, and waited to be shown to our room - the whole place was dark and we had no idea where we were located. The rooms looked great - the villa was amazing and spacious, we had a lovely big bed, a private jaccuzi and a rain shower and steam room. However, the villa smelled very musty and the air-con barely cooled the bedroom. The 'kitchen' area was nothing but a cluttered shelf, which proved awkward when we ordered room service - the staff had to come into our bedroom to put the tray down. The food was below average - my chicken burger was minced chicken bits which i threw out. On the plus side, the large balcony had a lovely thai style bed and cushions and we were next to a rushing river which was relaxing. There was no breakfast buffet, and we were told this rather rudely by staff. We appeared to be the only customers in the place. We were totally OK with them not wasting food by making a buffet for only 2 people, but instead of offering us a choice off their menu we were brought cereal, juice, instant coffee, bread, toast, about 8 different pastries and then a full fried breakfast. Again, the quality was well below expectations - plastic looking meats and eggs, and definitely less-than-fresh pastries - and WAY too much, so we both felt guilty for the wasted food. NIncidentally, I tried to pre-book spa treatments online but could not. Their website appeared to have been last updated before July 2014.. All 'special offers' were old and the prices online were old too - they were much much higher once we got there and looked on the list. It seems Sukko Spa once upon a time was a grand place - the location is pretty and it has a few 'awards' displayed, but it has definitely passed its sell-by date in my opinion, and seems extremely run-down.

Good size , value in price”
It is surprise that the whole villa is big with that value of price. It comes with steam room which not many hotel come with it. We stay there for 4 nights and really enjoy the atmosphere there. However the bedroom area is not big enough and there was no sofa or armed chair there. We can only sit on the bed.
