Conveniently Located Quiet Neighborhood Business Hotel”
The property is in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to many train/subway stations. There are some local grocery stores and convenience stores in the area as well. The rooms are quite large for Japanese business hotel standards as are the TVs in the room. The bathroom is on the smaller side but it's not unexpected for Japan. If you stay more than 2 nights - the house keeping is limited to towel changes and garbage take-out unless you wish to pay extra. The doors feature a card key lock but it doesn't function, you must use a physical key to lock and unlock your door. The breezeways are exterior and there are not really any views out your window due to the proximity of the surrounding buildings. Overall, it's good if you want a quiet place to retreat after sightseeing.

the room is quite larger than any other typical one which is perfect for me. Nice and helpful staff. The neighborhood is safe and easy access from both Toei and Tokyo Metro (as well as JR, but you need to walk for distance)

I've stayed in a few hotels in Japan. This was one of the best for size and layout of the room. Plenty of room. Laundry facilities on 9th floor. Transport and restaurants close by and a good all round location in Tokyo. If I had to say anything negative , it would be about the bath/shower... as usual, shower over bath set up but bath had a slight 'kidney' shape which made showering very tight but to be honest, after having stayed in poky little rooms, this was fantastic. and 5 minutes of slight awkwardness while I showered was a drop in the ocean. I highly recommend this hotel.

A fairly good location right in the middle of 4 subway stations (About 8-10 minutes walk to Kodemmacho, Ningyocho and Bakuroyokoyama/Higashi-Nihonbashi). Room is big, clean and comfortable.

I would recommend this place if you don't mind walking a certain distance from the JR station to the hotel, about 6mins walk. Neighbourhood is quiet around the suburbs, hotel room is spacious compared to other hotels that you may be paying more for lesser space. It is further away from the main station and shopping in Shinjuku and Shibuya about 30 mins travel via JR. Has its own laundry machines where you can wash your own clothes conveniently. Senior staff is more rigid and doesn't bend the rules. When I got locked out of the room, while my Girlfriend was in the shower and I couldn't enter the room. Senior staff refused to provide an additional key card or unlock the room door. I have to wait for 30mins in the lounge area until she was done with her shower.

Great staff and very nice location but the bathroom is too small It stress me to get the shower cause the bathroom is too small, I'm a small asian girl and i cant image any other one could shower in that small bath tube...,even tho all other condition was super nice but I will still choose for other choices next time.

Nice staff, 10mins from subway, quite at night”
Nihonbashi is basically a business area so it happens to be a bit scary walking alone from subway station to the hotel at night after 08:00pm as office hour end already, yet it is quite enough. I presumed the location is near from subway yet I still haven't figure out the nearest subway exit to the hotel until the last day I stayed. Staffs at front desk are nice and helpful enough to fulfill your request with their best effort. Facilities are new and clean, supplies are enough. Great experience staying here.
